Brandon was relaxing early in the morning. He had decided to take a day off from work, and he was taking full advantage. He lay on his couch while the tv was on. The sun was just starting to rise too. Brandon's eyes slowly but surely began to close. Soon the only noise being made besides the television was Brandon's snoring. That was when he heard a loud thud. Brandon got up and opened his window. He saw a large alien standing still, not daring to move. It almost seemed like he was waiting for something. That was when another loud thud had occurred. Another alien of a different species had arrived too.
Brandon ran outside his apartment and into the parking lot. A few other tenants were already there hiding. Brandon groaned and ran into a nearby alley. The alien turned to the other before nodding. The first alien started to stomp at the ground while the other swung his arms wildly. Soon enough some IRS operatives had drove on the scene, all of them prepared to fire on the aliens. That was when Taiyo rose and got in his stance. He had expected the would be invaders to make the first move, but they didn't.
"Metronian, Bado, what are you playing at? Why have you come to earth?" The IRS operatives lowered their weapons. They knew well that it would be best to not fire unless prompted to do so. The Metron looked at the Bado and clapped his hands.
"You arrived Ultraman, just as I had planned. You know me and my assistant over there have heard a lot about you. The work you've done was incredible, famous if you will. Now I challenge you." Taiyo scratched his head.
"Uh.....I'm not Ultraman."
"What? Steve?" Metron turned to the Bado. "You said an Ultraman was on Earth."
"Well, there is!" The Bado pointed at Taiyo. Metron looked at the ultra again.
"Ah, it seems that you are trying to get out of my duel with you. A clever ploy indeed; you almost had me fooled. However, you won't get out of this so easily."
"I'm serious, you've got the wrong ultra. But, if you threaten the peace of this world, then I must fight you." Taiyo then got in his stance again.
"Wait? Well.....you do look a little different then many of the photos. Maybe we do have the wrong guy." Metron then turned to the Bado. He clonked the alien on the head. "That was for wasting my precious time by coming to this planet!"
"Sorry sir." The Bado kept his hands on his head while he crouched. The Metron then turned and shrugged.
"You are forgiven, for now. Guess I should just challenge you anyways since I'm here. I assume you know how good I am."
"I don't. Just who are you exactly?"
"You don't know me? I'm THE Alien Metron! The ultimate rock, paper, scissors player in the universe! Nobody could best me in this game! Not you or anyone!" Brandon slouched with a confused look on his face.
("Rock, paper, scissors isn't just on Earth?") Taiyo turned to the IRS troopers and nodded before turning to the aliens.
"While you are eccentric, you are not a threat. Forgive me for my instant hostilities, I thought you were invading." Taiyo then flew away. Brandon then snuck out of the alleyway. He then slowly went into his apartment. He was unseen by most, except the Bado and Metron, they could see him easily. Meanwhile, in a ship in orbit of earth, someone else was watching the two aliens intently.
Brandon opened the door and walked in. He closed it before getting back on his couch. With a sigh of relief he went back to sleep. Soon, a few hours had passed. It was now around nine in the morning. Brandon woke up and looked around his room. Everything was normal but, he could have sworn that he had heard something. That was when he saw a small fly buzzing near his fridge. He knew it probably flew into the open window. Brandon walked over towards the fly and swatted at it.
