Brandon was once again working at his job. After his safari with his grandparents didn't do too well, he was checked in a hospital for a two months. His parents, especially were very worried about him traveling. After getting patched up and being check for disease, he went back home. Brandon himself didn't like too much attention coming his way, so most news outlets reported the people surviving the ordeal as anonymous.
His boss was glad that Brandon was okay. However, he was very timid after a few days since Brandon returned. He noticed this very early on. Brandon decided to not press him about the issue. One day, this would all change. It was about a week after what had happened in Africa. Brandon as at practice and later work. While some of his coworkers were cleaning the floors or running errands, Brandon was feeding Seagorath. Seagorath in his small state sometimes had to get his horn filed. And on this day, it was Brandon's turn to do so.
Philip walked in his office slowly as Brandon was now petting the creature after filing its horn down. "Hello Brandon. May we have a word?"
"Sure, Mr. Philip, what's up?"
"Now I know that you were on a safari recently and that you had to survive there for a two days."
"Yeah, it was honestly kind of weird. It was scary at times but, I think I'll manage."
"Well, would you have any trouble traveling again?"
"I mean, as long as it's not another safari again. I mean, I ate grubs, I don't want to do that again."
"Oh thank goodness. I wanted to ask you to get me this rare vase in Japan. There is a new sale in Tokyo and I can't go, I have to work here and look after the place. You just take a flight to Tokyo that I will pay for, and I'll give you 100,000 yen to take and use for food and drink, and the vase. The reason why it's so cheap is that no one really knows or cares for it's value."
"You know what, I'll do it."
"Thank you. I owe you so much." Meanwhile, something strange was happening. It was Alien Horologium once again forming another plan. He was about to say something when the astral presence returned. She interrupted him and laughed.
"How about we do my idea?"
"As if."
"Your whole choice in choju was Baraba. Of course that Ultraman would know how to kill it. So instead of that, why don't I send one of the strongest assassins out there?"
"That being?"
"You'll see. He's a little childish but, he has his uses."
"Fine, but if he fails, you aren't hearing the end of it." The presence vanished as Horologium sat in his chair, lost in thought.
Brandon packed his bags and drove to the airport. Beforehand, he called his parents and assured them that he would be fine. When he got there he got on a plane and flew for Japan. Soon, he made it to Tokyo. Brandon got out of the plane and left the airport. He waited awkwardly outside as crowds of people were going in and out of the airport.
He then saw a cab that was parked nearby. Brandon walked up and asked for a ride. The driver asked him where he wanted to go but Brandon couldn't understand him. Brandon handed over 500 yen, and pointed to a nearby building that he thought was a hotel. The driver nodded, and Brandon got in the back seat and the cab took him to the building. He walked out and looked at it. For a moment he thought it was a hotel and decided to try and book it.
When he got in, he saw a few men and women who looked to be couples laughing with each other before heading to their booked rooms. Brandon tried to book a room but the main clerk looked at him in a confused manner.
