Jungkook's POV

My heart started to beat faster after reading the heart touching letter of her.

June 13 20XX, that's one year ago now.

This letter confuses me. What does this mean? It says at the last, 'The girl who secretly likes you, Y/n.', so what now?

She likes me? I need a confirmation.

I took a glance at the photos and the letter for the last before returning it back in the box.

The letter.... A smile slowly crept on my lips. I put back the box where i picked it and head out of the room to go downstairs.

But then i came into a halt when i'm near the kitchen door because i heard them, looks like intensely talking again.

Mr. Min: "Y/n-"

Y/N: "no dad. I don't really know and understand why did you and mom picked him to be my husband!" She said, making me knit my brows.

Mom: "because we want you to marry the one you love, my dear. There's this one day when we secretly took your phone and look if there's really someone you like. Then we found some pictures of Jungkook on your gallery with a short message there."

My pictures? On her phone? With a message too?

"That's when we found out you really do like someone. You like Mr. Jeon's son, Jeon Jungkook."

Last confirmation from the main girl which is Y/n, then i'm fully convince that she really likes me.

Y/N: "and why would you interfere with my stuff?"

Dad: "because we want to help you!"

Y/N: "no, you don't understand my situation!"

"Yes i do like him. I really do. The message you read from my phone about him is true. That's my feelings."

And that's when i started to feel the heat went up on my cheeks.

Confirmed.

"But still, it would be best if you didn't picked him to be my husband." My small smile drop after hearing that.

"Having this unwanted attitude of mine sucks. I can't be able to treat him properly. I can't communicate with him normally. I can't act the way a wife act towards her husband. I can't do all those lovey dovey things because i am this fucking cold woman! Because i'm not used to any of those!"

"I can't treat him the way he wanted Mom and Dad. I can't fit as his wife. He's too fragile, too soft, too kind, too lovely and too precious. Didn't you heard him earlier? About me hurting him sometimes because of my cold side? That's the result."

"3 years. I suffered for 3 years knowing we can't be together. Knowing he has a girl who he loves. Knowing that i can't have a chance to be with the man i want. Even once. But i stayed quiet because i just want him to be happy. Even if i'm not the source of his happiness."

Oh Y/n that's painful for you. I'm sorry.

"His ex girlfriend can hurt and fool him just like that because she's stupid but me, no. I would never ever hurt him. I don't and i won't hurt someone like him, but what? I still made him feel hurt because of me."

"Just the way he love his woman, i know he deserves everything. And that everything can't be found in me." She painfully stated as i hear footsteps nearing the door way.

Y/n stopped her track when she saw me at the door way. We locked eye contact but she broke it and walk away.

I stepped forward and enter the dining room as they all looked towards me.

Yoongi: "i told you that my sister likes you."

Dad: "she also told me that she like you." Dad said.

I'm now here in our shared bedroom, alone. After Y/n left the dining room that time, i never spot her around the mansion anymore so i'll just text her.

Me: Where are you?

Few minutes passed before she replied.

Y/N: Somewhere in the mansion.

Me: And where that could be?

Y/N: You don't need to know.

Seriously, this girl.

Me: Come here to the bedroom.

: Right now.

That's the last as i turned off my phone to go get the small brown box again.

I sat down in the bed with the box behind me and just wait for her.

After a few minutes the door opened, revealing her.

Jungkook: "come here." I gesture for her to come and sit infront of me in the bed, which she did.

"I need an explanation." I blurted out as she looks at me.

Y/N: "of what? About the thing you heard earlier?" She asked in a bit mad tone.

Jungkook: "yes and also about this." I then took out the box.

Her eyes stayed in the box as her brows knitted. I can tell she got shocked when i showed it but didn't react.

Y/N: "why do you have that?"

Jungkook: "if i didn't saw this, i'll be blind to see your real feelings Y/n."
