Y/n's POV

I'm sitting here in my leather chair with some files on top of my desk, while Jungkook's sitting at the sofa in the corner of my office as he's checking some details about the company where he'll gonna do his training.

While i'm busy signing the papers, my phone started to ring which also caught Jungkook's attention. I looked at the caller id to see that it's Mr. Ahn.

Mr. Ahn: Good morning Mrs. Jeon.

Me: Good morning too Mr. Ahn.

Mr. Ahn: I was wondering what time are you coming here for your check up? I suggest lunch, what do you think?

Me: I'll be having my lunch with my husband so i'm definitely not free. I can't also come at this time because of my upcoming meeting.

Mr. Ahn: Okay how about 4 PM?

Me: 4 PM it is.

Mr. Ahn: Okay then, see you later.

Me: See you.

Jungkook: "who's Mr. Ahn?" He asked as soon as the call ended.

He dropped his phone at the couch and walked towards me while sending me a serious look.

Y/N: "he's just a close friend."

He can't know about my check ups and especially my disease. Now is not the right time. I'm not still ready to tell him.

Jungkook: "oh sure friend. Where are 'you and that Mr. Ahn' going? At 4 PM?" He asked once again, putting stress on some words.

Y/N: "Jeon please not this again." I sighed as he dangerously leaned towards my table, looking at me intensely.

A knock suddenly can be heard which thankfully saved my ass. The door opened revealing my Dad in law.

Dad: "oh sorry for interrupting. I'll comeback late-"

Y/N: "Dad, what is it?" I asked, not letting him go to leave me alone with my husband who's now fixing his form.

Dad: "you two need to be at the conference room now. The meeting's about to start."

Jungkook: "we'll be there." His Dad nodded and went out.

He shot me a look before going over the couch to pick up his phone.

"Let's go." He opened the door and let me out first as he followed.

Yeah he needs to be with me in every meetings for his knowledge so that it will be easy for his training.

Jungkook's POV

I had my lunch with Y/n as we had another meeting from 1 to 3:30 PM.

As soon as Dad announced that the meeting's over, Y/n, Dad and I made our way towards our office.

Y/N: "i'll be going now and i won't take long. See you at home Jeon."

Jungkook: "see you and be careful too." I smiled as she walked away. When i can't spot her figure anymore, i'll do my plan now.

"I'm going now too Dad. I need to follow her."

Dad: "what? Is there something wrong?"

Jungkook: "I don't know. She's going to meet someone i don't know. It's that Mr. Ahn. She said it's just a friend and it's confidential." I explained and i didn't missed the chance to notice how my Dad's eyes slightly went wide at the mention of Mr. Ahn.

And now i know there's something they know but i don't.

Dad: "Kook don't. If she told you it's confidential then it is." He said, trying to convince me but i won't let them fool me for this.

Jungkook: "Dad what's confidential between Husband and Wife?! Her personal is my personal too!" I retorted, getting annoyed by the time.

"I also noticed that she's been going out twice a month and all she said about that was confidential. That's been going on for months now. I can't help but to get curious!"

"What's going on here?" Someone asked from behind.

We turned around to see Yoongi hyung.

Jungkook: "perfect. Now i can ask you too since you are always talking to her everytime she arrived from the place she's calling 'Confidential'." I stated while he looks at me, puzzled.

"Who's Mr. Ahn?" I asked.

Hyung quickly looked towards Dad and shifted his gazed to me.

Yoongi: "why did you asked?"

Jungkook: "if you won't tell me immediately then I'll find out myself." I then started to walk away, not wanting to lose Y/n.

Yoongi: "no Jungkook-" Hyung got cutted when i took a right turn disappearing from their sight as i quickened my pace.

Jungkook: "follow that car and please don't be look like we are following it." The driver nodded as we drove off.

I didn't use any company car since she can notice it.

Her car stopped at the Hospital's parking area.

A friend meet up in the Hospital? Is that Mr. Ahn somehow a mental patient?

I saw her went out of her car and enter the hospital so i paid the taxi driver and secretly follow her inside.

After walking down the long corridor, she walked inside the white double door with a sign of 'VIP'. I quietly opened it and saw her took a right turn so i did too.

A reception can be seen while Y/n entered a room at the corner. When she got inside, i slowly approached the door and read the carved name in the silver plate at the door.

'Dr. Ahn Dae-hyun'

Doctor? That Mr. Ahn is a doctor?! But why is she here? Oh wait....

She told me she's having a chest pain. She's also taking a medication. Then the medicines came in to my mind with one idea.

As soon as i remembered those medicines she is taking, i approached the receptionist.

Lady: "good afternoon Sir, what can i do for you?" She kindly asked with a smile.

Jungkook: "I'm just going to ask what Statins and Beta blockers medicine are for?" I asked as i'm feeling nervous to find out what are those really for.

Lady: "ohh those are heart disease medication." She stated.

My mind went blank after hearing her say that as i became speechless with my body feeling numb.
