I sat reading my comic whilst staying on alert, I had my knife in my holster and my gun wrapped around my right hand tightly whilst I hold down the comic and switch the pages with my left hand, I get bored of the comic so I put it down beside me still worried about Rick and the others, I was scared for Judith as well though I've never held her or looked at her properly she was just a baby I would feel the same way for any child or baby. "I want to look around outside. Come with me just in case" Carl said, I agreed and we made our way outside after telling Tyreese

"They should be back soon," Carl told me whilst we make our way to the back where Abraham was working on the bus, "Hey Abraham," I say, "Oh hey Nyla, Carl" Abraham greeted us before going back to the bus, We was walking past the window until Carl stopped me "Look" He pointed out the window, "What is it?" I ask, He smooths his fingers over it "They're pretty deep, seems like someone tried to break in." He told me, My eyes widen "Wait let me check the other side" I told Carl before making my way to the side of the building

I look around the wall before seeing a noticeable carving on the wood, 'You'll burn for this' I furrow my eyebrows at it "Carl look at this" I call him, He walks over to me, I point it out "You'll burn for this" He scoffed, "It must mean something" He guessed, I shrug it was quite scary I wondered how long it had been there, "Burn for what?" I questioned the carving, Carl walked away to look at the window again, It must've been meant for Gabriel to see but what could've Gabriel done, I wondered if the person that was cutting at the windows were trying to break in, or if they did break-in

Evening falls quickly, a dozen candles were lit around the room, the scent of all the cooked food that Rick and the others found in the food bank were filling everyone's noses, I walk to the front of the room where all the food was laid out and grabbed myself a paper plate, I help myself to some tinned vegetables, baked beans, and some tinned pineapple circles, Daryl got us some squirrels whilst he was out with Carol, I got a slice of squirrel and put it on my plate, "Here" Glenn said as he handed me a bottle of water, I thanked him I sat down on one of the pews with a fork, "I'd like to propose a toast" Abraham hollered, everyone quickly stopped chattering and looked at Abraham "I look around this room, and I see survivors."

"Each and every one of you has earned that title, To the survivors" Abraham added, A few people cheered, I smiled "Is that all you want to be?" He continued talking, Isn't that all we can be? "Wake up in the morning, fight the undead pricks, forage for food, go to sleep at night with two eyes open, rinse and repeat? 'Cause, you can do that. I mean, you got the strength. You got the skill. Thing is, for you people, for what you can do, that's just surrender. Now, we get Eugene to Washington and he will make the dead die and the living will have this world again. And that is not a bad takeaway for a little road trip."

"Eugene, what's in DC?"

"Infrastructure constructed to withstand pandemics even of this fubar magnitude. That means food, fuel, refuge. Restart." Eugene answered, I honestly had no idea what that was, and what Eugene spoke of half the time, "However this plays out, however long it takes for the reset button to kick in, you can be safe there. Safer than you've been since this whole thing started. Come with us. Save the world for that little one. Save it for yourselves. Save it for the people out there... who don't get nothing left to do except survive." Abraham told us all, It seemed like a good deal, "What was that?" Rick asked Judith, She laughed "I think she knows what I'm about to say, She's in if she's in, I'm in, We're in." Rick chuckled

A few people laughed and a few people clapped and cheered, It was final we were going to Washington. I put the last mouthful of beans that was on my plate in my mouth before putting my plate on top of the other used ones, I sat down next to Carl "Hey, what'd you get to eat?" He  asked me, "A slice of squirrel, pineapple, vegetables, and beans what about you?" I asked, "A little bit of everything to be honest," He told me, "I'll be back soon, I'm gonna take a piss," Daryl said before leaving the church, "Definitely needed to know that" I quipped, Carl chuckled 

The night slowly dies down, "Where's Bob?" Sasha brought up, I look behind me no Bob, "Yeah where is he?" I asked, Sasha instantly heads outside with her gun, Tyreese and Rick rush out after grabbing a flashlight Rick's gun and their coats, I exchange looks with Carl "Daryl and Carol are missing too" I said, His eyes turn to Gabriel, "Maybe they'll find them, Just chill out for a moment" Carl told me, We sat on the pews waiting for them to get home
