Days turned into weeks. And weeks turned into months. Everything was like nothing happened or nothing was happening. Giulia and Alberto spent their days helping their father, Massimo, with catching fish and delivering them to the people of the town while Luca, Simon and Jason helped around the village and Maria teaching her sister, with Ryn and her tribe, things she still needs to learn. Maria and Ryn went to Helen's shop and brought Cari and Hope along so that Helen could watch them for a moment while Ryn and Maria talk privately. "Thank you for watching them, Helen." Said Maria, "Of course. They still need to learn a few things so I'll show them around." Said Helen. Maria nodded and left the shop with Ryn and started waking down the sidewalk, "What is it you need to talk about?" Asked Maria, "Mating season is coming." Said Ryn, "Are the waters clear from the toxins the humans made?" Asked Maria, "Yes. Humans clean the waters. Makes us able to have children." Said Ryn. Maria sibilated and continued to walk, "You are afraid." Said Ryn, "Of course I am. Why wouldn't I be?" Maria said, "You do not want a child?" Ryn asked, "No, I do, it's just." Maria said as she sees Alberto in his red truck stop at a building and know on the door to give the people their fish and then hop back in his truck and starts driving again passing Maria and Ryn. "He does not want baby?" Ryn asked, "That's the problem. I don't know if he wants to or not. I don't even know if he'll want to mate." Maria said holding her arms and looked down, "If not, then find another to mate with." Said Ryn, "But I don't know the others very well." Said Maria as they started turning back to Helen's shop, "You must if you wish to have baby. To rebuild your people." Said Ryn. Maria sighed and walked faster then turned into the shop, "Cari, let's go." She signed to her sister as she came running towards her sister and leaves the shop back to the village. "She's hesitant, isn't she?" Helen asked, "She is afraid." Said Ryn as she walks up to Helen, "Just give her time. It hasn't been easy for her lately. Especially since her other mates died trying to protect her." Ryn nodded and grabbed Hope's hand and left the shop as they headed back to the village.
Maria and Cari walked back inside the house as Massimo was making lunch, "Ah, your here! I made you some pasta." Massimo said as he placed bowls of spaghetti in front of them and noticed Maria's facial expression "What's wrong, Amica?" "Nothing." Maria said as she shook her head and started eating her pasta, "Amica, I can see it on your face. Your worried about something." Massimo said as he sat down in a chair across from Maria, "Mating season is coming up and... I-I don't know if Alberto's ready to be a father." Maria said while looking down twiddling her fork. Massimo sighed, "Try not to rush things, give it some time. Would you like me to talk to him?" Massimo asked, "No, I'll talk to him about it." Maria said while she picks up her plate and places it on the counter and heads upstairs to her room. Cari turns and looks at Massimo as she slides a piece of paper towards him, Massimo held up the paper and it read, "She's too scared to have children because she wasn't able to have any before and her other husbands didn't last long." Massimo sighed and wrote on the paper and slid it back to Cari as she read, "Just give her more time. It'll wash off her."
After finishing deliveries, Alberto and Giulia headed back home. "I delivered more than you!" Giulia teased, "Yeah right, I did! I'm the one who's in a faster vehicle than a bike, which you broke." Alberto said pointing to the broken bike in the trunk of the truck, "That's only because that guy came out of nowhere! Who just sits and waits in an alley to come out onto the sidewalk and not see if there's bikers around!?" Giulia pouted, "That's on you. Don't even think about dragging me down to your level." Alberto said as he pulled up onto the side of the house and hops out the truck while Giulia hops out the other side and grabs her broken bike and they both head inside. "Massimo, we're home!" Alberto called "Your daughter broke her bike again!" "It wasn't my fault! Some guy just popped out of nowhere!" Giulia complained while placing her bike on the wall near the door. "Alright you two, come eat." Massimo said while placing plates of food in front of them as they sat at the table. "Is Maria here?" Alberto asked while he ate his food, "She is. But, I think you should go talk to her. She's upset at the moment." Said Massimo, "About what? What happened?" Alberto asked. Massimo shrugged as Alberto got up from his seat and went upstairs to their room and knocked on the door, "Maria? You okay?" "I'm fine." Maria said. Alberto could feel her emotions, she was scared, nervous. ""Can I come in?" He asked, "Sure." Said Maria. Alberto opened the door and saw Maria was laying on the bed turned away, he layed down beside her and wrapped his arm around her, "Is everything okay?" "I don't know..." Said Maria as she placed her hand on Alberto's arm, "I can feel that your scared. What're you scared about?" Alberto asked, "Some... Complications came up and.... I don't know..." Maria sighed as she sat up and held her arms, "Hey, it's okay! Do you want to talk about it?" Alberto said while placing his hands on Maria's arms. Maria shook her head, "You know you can tell me anything, right? You can trust me. You know that I'll always be here for you." Alberto said as he hugged her, "I know. And I love you for that." Maria hugged back, "Do you wanna help catch some fish? Massimo has to prep them for tomorrow's delivery." Said Alberto. Maria nodded and they both went outside tot he beach with some nets and went into the water to catch some fish. After a while, they returned to the surface with a net full of fish. Maria was laughing while Alberto had an angry, upset expression on his face with a bruise on his left cheek. "I was this close to catching that giant fish too." Alberto pouted while dragging the net of fish, "It was too big for you! Your lucky it wasn't a swordfish, otherwise that bruise on your cheek would've been a stab wound!" Maria laughed, "It wasn't that big! It just squirmed a lot! It just got lucky this time. Next time, I'll catch it!" Alberto pouted while shaking himself dry turning back into a human and opened the door as Maria turned back. "Hey Massimo, we got more fish." Alberto said plainly, "What happened, Alberto? What's on your cheek?" Massimo asked, "He tried to catch a big fish, but it's tail fin slapped him and it swam away." Maria giggled still trying to hold back her laughter, "Oh Amico." Massimo laughed "I'm sure you'll catch it next time." Alberto set the net of fish next to the counter, "I'll get the first aid kit." Maria chuckled as she tugged Alberto's arm and headed upstairs. Maria applied the ointment to soothe Alberto's wound and then placed a small bandage on it.
"Is that better?" She asked,
"Yeah, thanks." Alberto smiled a little, but still had an upset look.
Maria chuckled, "You get it next time, there's no need to be upset!" Maria place the supplies back in the box and put the box back in its spot on the shelf then came back and sat in Alberto's lap.
"I know, but still." Alberto said while running his fingers through Maria's hair.
"I'm gonna go take a shower." He said and got up and went to the bathroom. After having an hour shower he got out and put on some fresh new shorts and got out the bathroom in his Sea Monster form shirtless. Maria was sitting on the edge of the bed, waiting for him. He smiled looking at her as he walked towards her and sat next to her on the bed. "Still upset?" She asked, "Not anymore." Alberto ran his fingers through her hair; feeling her.
Her hair was so soft, it was smooth and silky like satin, her skin was soft like plush. Alberto kissed Maria's lips, they were soft too, but smoother. He loved the way she felt. It was like a blanket, so warm and cozy. So soft. He deepened the kiss as his mouths partner started tasting inside of Maria's; feeling her mouths partner. "Alberto..." Maria said faintly, the pleasure was too great. She slid her hands underneath Alberto's shirt; feeling his chest. He was warm. His chest was so puffed. She could feel his heart beat out of it. Her hands ran up and down, feeling his strong muscles. To think he use to be weak and frail before. Now he's big and strong. Alberto leaned Maria closer to him; her breasts touching his chest.

His hands crept up her back and neck as it sent chills. His right hand held her waist as his other held her back. "Mhh, Maria..." Alberto whispered as he continued to deeply kiss Maria; tasting every bit of flavor in her mouth. Maria slid her tongue into Alberto's mouth as it felt every wall and corner of his mouth; their tongues wrestling with each other. Alberto gripped onto Maria tighter; the pressure started to rise. They were both breathing heavily. Their hearts beating faster as they felt each other's warm, soft touch. Alberto held Maria tighter to him as he started grinding against her; he licked her neck and bit into it. Not too hard, but hard enough to excite her. "Alberto!" Maria cried out. Alberto quickly jolted back; releasing his grip from Maria. "S-Sorry I! I got a little too carried away!" Alberto blushed, "I-It's fine..." Maria blushed; trying to catch her breath as she placed her hand on the spot where Alberto bit her. "Did I hurt you?" Alberto asked worriedly, "No it was just... Unexpected." Maria said. "Sorry I-I couldn't control myself. I don't know what got into me..." Alberto said looking away, "It's fine, Alberto." Maria said "It's starting to get late. We should head to bed." "R-Right." Alberto said as they layed down under the covers.
After a few hours, Maria fell asleep. Alberto was still wide awake; thinking of what just happened. What was that? He never felt that way before. His mind was racing like a million miles per hour. The sensation. The pressure. It was all so tantalizing. It made his skin crawl. It was making his body yearn for more. He looked over at Maria and scanned her body.
