Cassie hadn't been able to go to Mexico, Christian had put his foot down and said no, and with good reason, three days after he left, she had gotten worse and was now hospitalised and she was in her own room in the hospital, with blackout blinds to stop the sunlight. She was watching the replay of the Mexican Grand Prix, cheering on Max, whilst also having her treatment, she couldn't help but feel like she was being treated like she was porcelain and would shatter at any moment.

She looked up as her door opened, in walked Max and Christian, they had arrived back at the factory, being told that she was in hospital, he brought her a boquet of her favourite flowers, sunflowers, she smiled as he kissed her head. "Hey." She whispered, as she looked at him, she moved slightly so he could lie next to her, she was deteriorating, and she wanted to just spend however long she had left, with the people she loved.

Carefully, Max climbed into the bed next to her, pulling her into his arms when he got himself situated, he pressed a kiss to her head, "Cass, I need to ask you something, will you be my girlfriend?" Max paused, he watched as she considered it, before she looked at him, her doe, brown eyes meeting his electric blue ones, a smile playing on her lips, "Yes, I'll be your girlfriend." She spoke as she kissed him before she pulled away, smiling softly as she looked at him.

Geri walked in, carrying Montague, as Olivia and Bluebell walked in to her room, "Hey, the girls wanted to see how she was, and I was bringing Montague up so he could have his cuddle, so I figured she could use seeing her sisters, and you Max could use with getting some food." She spoke as Cassie lifted her head and smiled at her mum, "He could definately do with a break and I really want to see my sisters, I didn't see them before I got sick." She said as her sisters climbed onto her bed and she hugged them both as she closed her eyes smiling before she opened them up again.

"I want to sing you guys a song, it's called 'wherever you will go' and it's about what happens when I go away, because you know soon I'm going to become an angel." She spoke watching her sister's nod their heads as she smiled kissing their heads.

So lately, been wondering
who will be there to take my place
when I'm gone you'll need love
to light the shadow on your face

Max had begun walking back to her room with Christian, when they stepped into the room, quietly shutting the door as they watched her sing to her sisters and little brother.

If a great wave shall fall
it will fall upon us all
then between the sand and stone
could you make it on your own?

"Cassie, your mom and I have been talking, and I would really like to adopt you, as my daughter." Christian spoke as she smiled nodding her head as she hugged him, it was the best birthday present she could have asked for, her dad wasn't in her life, not like Bluebell's dad was in hers.

If I could, then I would
I'll go wherever you will go
way up high or down low
I'll go wherever you will go

"Max, you are going to do amazing! I believe in you!" She spoke as she saw him smile as they facetimed each other, something which became more frequent as she smiled softly at him. "Thank you Cass." He spoke smiling as she blushed.

And maybe, I'll find out
a way to make it back someday
to hold you, to guide you
through the darkest of your days

Cassie smiled as she held her brother Montague in her arms as she kissed his head before she looked at Christian, "You're no longer the only boy in the house." She joked as she smiled before she passed him to his dad as she sat down, going dizzy.

If a great wave shall fall
and fall upon us all
then I hope there's someone out there
to bring you back to me

Max felt tears building as he watched as she sang her sister's to sleep as he quickly wiped his eyes as he sniffed, knowing that she was saying the truth, no matter what, they would never have years, and he knew she would be the only one he could ever want as long as he lived.

If I could, then I would
I'll go wherever you will go
way up high or down low
I'll go wherever you will go

Geri felt the tears falling as she gently rocked Montague who had fallen asleep listening to his sister singing as she felt her world beginning to crumble, yes she would have three other children, but she would never have her eldest, her baby.

Run away with my heart
run away with my love
I know now, just quite how
my life and love might still go on
in your heart, in your mind
I'll stay with you for all of time

Cassie smiled as she hugged her parents "Guys, whenever you look at my siblings, whenever Olivia says something sassy, or when Bluebell randomly starts singing or when Montague begins to laugh uncontrollably, I'll be there, the best of me is going to live on in my siblings, and in every picture, you'll find me." She spoke, as they had just been told her cancer was progressing.

If I could, then I would
I'll go wherever you will go
way up high or down low
I'll go wherever you will go
If I could turn back time
I'll go wherever you will go
If I could turn back time
I'll go wherever you will go
If I could turn back time
I'll go wherever you will go

"I'll go wherever you will go." She whispered as she looked up and saw her parents and Max crying as she shook her head a smile at play.

"You're gonna be okay right?" Bluebell asked as Cassie nodded, "Course I am, nobody can keep me down, i've been sick like this before, and I bounced back." She spoke, reassuring her sisters, but she didn't think she could this time.

It was a while later, and Cassie was in her room with her parents and Max, she looked at her mum and dad, "I want to go to Monaco with Max, I want to see the sunrise and the sunset, like he does, from the boat, I want that, the hospital, was just the tip of the iceberg, but I'm just going to get sicker, so please, let me do this." She spoke softly watching at both her parents, as they nodded, "Okay, you can go, go with him, we won't stop you." Geri spoke before she looked at Christian, "She's not going to get better, so why should we deny her this?" She asked her husband who nodded his head "You're right, she needs this, and it will be good for her." He spoke as he looked at her carefully, before he pressed a kiss to Cassie's head before she rested her head on Max's shoulder. "And Max, what we spoke about, on the way up here, you have my blessing." He spoke seeing Max nod his head
