– Cicero's house–
The sun's rays were beginning to shine and perform their job of brightening the early morning. Not many people were up at this time due to the latest restrictions set upon the citizens, except people who had extremely important jobs. The streets of Tokyo were strangely and eerily quite for some reason even thought it was always soundless since the past year.
Cicero found himself thinking so as he looked outside his bedroom window. His bed was made and he just finished taking a shower. He never woke up this early, even though he had online classes and training to get done. Most of the time it was because he never had any enthusiasm to do anything at all, but it was also because he was a deep sleeper and hated getting out of bed, choosing to sleep his problems away.
The green head lifted his arm to open his window and leaned over to look down at the empty streets. There weren't even any birds chirping in the trees around his neighborhood. Cicero couldn't help but feel low-spirited because of the atmospher's condition. He closed his eyes and felt the cold breeze of the early morning as his damp hair moved lightly in the wind causing the water droplets from his shower to fall down his face. It felt cold agaisnt his skin and he opened his eyes again.
He decided to change his short sleeved shirt and wear something more warmer after a while. Moving towards his closet and picking out a white sweatshirt, Cicero took off his shirt. He looked at himself in the mirror for a moment as his eyes trailed over the faint tiger prints that blended and became part of his skin on his lower waist and stomach. Cicero traced over the marks with his fingers, still unable to believe that this was a power he actually possessed.
His body was much different too. Within a year of constant training, he was able to change his once scrawny, thin body into a well built, but still slender body. He felt much more stronger physically. The green head had some training with Aria in a few minutes, so he quickly put on his sweatshirt and got ready for a long day.

By the time Cicero finished eating his breakfast and chatted with his parents for a while, he couldn't help but feel a bit uneasy as he went out his house's porch. He skipped down the the short staircase and glanced around.
Lemony eyes followed the green head's movement as he walked farther away from his house.
Cesal pulled the dark cap down his forehead to a greater extent, casting a shadow on his face. His blue hair was tied into a low ponytail and tucked into the back of his black tank top. He watched emotionlessly from behind a bush as Cicero bid goodbye to his mother and kissed her forehead. He waited until the green head was out of sight before moving out of his hiding spot.
He thought back to what he was about to do. He was going to take another life, take away another smile, another source of happiness. He was going to take another part of someone and ruin, and destroy, and do despicable acts in every possible way because he was nothing but a killer, nothing but a murderer, nothing but a monster.
The blue head abruptly stopped in his tracks and winced as he felt a short shot of pain pierce through his mind, break like glass and strike the inside of his temples. Cesal squeezed his eyes shut as a low groan left his lips. He held the side of his head, his fingers digging into his scalp almost painfully as he felt the world spin around him for a split second.
