11 - Underground Kingdom

- Hyunjin's POV - 

I yelled my heart out I wanted to kill myself and hug my sunshine at the same time. My heart ached with pain so bad that I was close to passing out. I leaned on a thick tree trunk and closed my eyes. Although I wasnt feeling well, my senses picked up on something. I could feel another vampire near me.

- "Long time no see Hyunjin.", a familiar voice said.

- "Who are you?", I asked, the voice sounded very familiar, but I couldnt put my finger on it.

- "Don't tell me you forgot about me, has it really been that long since you saw your best bud?", the voice chuckled.

A slight smile came to my lips.

- "Yeonjun hyung?!", I exclaimed as I turned around.

We eloped each other into a hug and smiled videly at each other.

- "I can't believe you almost forgot who I was", he said, as he ruffled my hair.

- "I was just lost in my thoughts", I replied, as I kicked a pebble into the river.

- "What are you doing out in the dark late at night?", he asked, as he leaned onto the tree trunk.

- "Just walking around and thinking.", I answered.

My sunshine came into my mind again as I kicked even more pebbles into th river.

- "You know that I can read minds, right?", he said, as a smirk played on his lips.

I took a deep breath and calmed my nerves down.

- "Its stupid anyways...", I said, softly.

- "Its not stupid, it happens to everyone at one point. Love can be cruel, but only to the ones who don't deserve it.", he replied, as he put a hand on my shoulder.

- "But I do deserve it.....", I mumbled.

- "What do you mean Hyunjin? You have one of the sweetest yet sassiest souls I know of.", he said.

- "No I don't. I hurt my sunshine, I hurt the person who I loved, no, love most.", I said, tears were threatening to come out of my eyes, but they couldn't.

All of a sudden I began to think of the liquid crystals I had caused my sunshine to flow out. I made him cry. I was a monster. I am a monster.

- "Hyunjin stop thinking of those things, it was all an accident. Sometimes, stuff like this happens for a reason.", he said, he must of used his powers on me again.

- "The sun is starting to rise hyung, what should we do?", I asked, as I could feel my skin hardening.

- "Let's go to my underground kingdom it's not far from here, you'll also be able to meet my boyfriend", he responded, with a big dopey smile.

- "Okay hyung, lead the way", I said, as my little sunshine played into my mind again.

We arrived at the kingdom just before sun rise. As I came into the kingdom, I couldn't help but be mesmerized with the jewels, the hanging chandeliers, the antique furniture, and all of the treasures around me.

- "I know right", Yeonjun said,he must have read my mind again.

- "How many times have you read my mind without me knowing?", I said, full of curiosity.

- "Many times, I even read it while walking here. You must really love him", he said, as he drank some blood.

- "Are you hungry?", he asked, as he motioned the bag of blood towards me.

- "No, I fed in the early morning today. Thank you though.", I said, rejecting the blood.

- Felix's POV - 

I woke up after crying myself to sleep. I had lost him. I had lost the live of my life. After sulking for a few more minutes, I had enough and got off the couch. I didn't feel ready to go back to the dorm, so I instead sniffed at the roses. They smelled just like him. I smiled as the warm scent traveled around my body. Wanting to keep the roses fresh, I read the instructions he left for me to take care of them.

~ Care Instructions ~ 

* Give each rose a drop of blood every 5 days

* Always keep it in a dark place, the only time where you can let them have fresh air is at night

* When ever going out, take a rose with you

I smiled as I read through the instructions. I was so occupied thinking about him that I didn't know that tears were coming out of my eyes. His beautiful and elegant calligraphy showed passion and love. I wiped my tears as I picked up the note one more time.

Its Hyunjin, I'm not too sure about what happened at the dorm, but what I do know is that I love you very much. I'm sorry that I had to leave,but it was for the best if us. I left you my blood roses for you, remember me when ever you look at them haha~I'm really sorry if I had upset you, you didn't deserve it one bit. Even though this was, no, IS the hardest thing for me to do, I have no choice. I love you so much, and I hope to see you again in the future. Don't wait for me, be happy my love~

The tears I held in couldn't wait anymore, they all fell out at the same time, making me sob uncontrollably.

- "Jinnie, Jinnie please come back....", I whispered, as I fell onto my knees and wept.

Don't leave me like this Jinnie, please don't......
