"It's so crAMPed in heRE!" Childe has been fretting about how it is so cramped in the backseat on purpose when the space given him is already big enough. They're driving to the ball and Aether spent the entire day letting Zhongli dressed him for tonight's. He also has been struggling learning how to dance in only 2 days.
His mission is to talk to master Diluc asking him to cooperate. Aether only knew that Diluc keep a lot of information about the agency and himself even, so he decided to play along. The one driving is Lumine sitting next to her is Kazuha. And he's sitting at the back between Childe and Zhongli.
Zhongli hand has been around his waist from the start glued to him. It's somehow a little bit uncomfortable since his dress is a knee length type and has a cut on the side exposing his pale skin around his hip.
"Calm down Childe, we're about to arrive. You can have all the space you want in the hall" Kazuha had enough. While Childe in his mind is triggered because every single chance he had to get close to Aether is always blocked. If he had another chance he'll simply wont hesitate.
Zhongli step out of the car followed by Aether and Childe. "Aether! You need to wear this. It might helps you hide your face a bit" Lumine handed Aether a mask with a peacock feather theme. He on the other side doesn't complains much. He doesn't even care much wearing dress and so which also surprised Lumine while other boys dress in a black white suit.
They proceed to walk in greeted by the guards and was lead to the main hall. Everyone was dressing like a noble chatting with their comrades. Walking through the crowd Aether also attract a lot of attention hand and waist being held by literal two hot men.
"Zhongli, Childe and Kazuha. Get in your positions. We'll communicate using these while I guide Aether to slowly approach master Diluc" Lumine point to an earphone like thing on her ear which has already been given out to everyone. Everyone nodded understood their assignments.
5 minutes and everyone are in place just before master Diluc walks into the main hall in red and black just as planned supposed to match Aether theme for extra point planned by Lumine. Behind him is Kaeya wearing blue white suit waving to the crowds unlike his brother being cold.
"Goodluck Aether" Lumine wink before he walks away wishing Aether best luck. He stood there taking a deep breath before walking to the snack table slowly trying to get to the center. He grabs a class with a red liquid in it holding it up shaking. He took a sip before the music started to echoed through the hall and everyone starts to hold onto their partner.
Aether mind is blank and he's in panic that he just slide in mizing with the crowds aiming for Diluc. He remember everything he learnt grabbing onto Diluc hand just before was about to. It took Diluc by surprise but he refuse to question much and proceed to dance along the music.
Holding on Aether waist looking through his eyes both has a lot of questions in their mind. Aether tied up hair flew fairly with the flow as he spin around fascinating Diluc making his first attempt in seducing him.
Seeing Diluc not showing any satisfying reaction Aether dance his fingers up the master shoulder pulling his face closer playing with his step keeping everything smoothly. Instead Diluc flinch a bit which is a good sign but suddenly Aether realises their dancing suddenly went wrong and he was pulled away to the side of the hall by Diluc dance forcing him to come along.
Entering a small hallway Diluc snatch Aether hand as he walk deeper into the hallway. Aether doesn't know what to do plus he's feeling kinda dizzy unsure of the reasons but his sights started to get blurry before he felt his legs no longer touching the ground.
