Next day she was there on time for the interview, as much as she must have prepared herself, I had prepared my self equally to understand why she was here.

Me, "so Rasika, hope I got your name right?"

Rasika, "yes sir absolutely."

Me, "ok that's great, so tell me where are you from, and a little about yourself?"

Rasika, "I am dedicated, honest and hardworking. I have eight years of experience and the reason I resigned from my previous organization is because I wanted to move to a bigger city for better opportunities. I am not married and I live alone, my parents passed away five years back in a house robbery. Anything else that you would like to know about me, you can ask sir."

Me, "sad to hear about your parents, even my parents passed away when I was three but anyways Rasika, your experience and the achievements on your resume are very impressive, lets see now how soon I can get back to you. if you need assistance, as you are new to the city, you can call me, this is my business card."

I knew there was so much to know, she had answers to all my questions in revealing the truth about herself, but I had to give it the time.
