First of all, thank you so much for reading this book! Please, please tell me what you thought of it. I'd also love to hear your favorite parts, favorite characters, or what parts just hit ye in the feels da most :,)
As I wrap this book up, I want to tell you that book two (titled Words of Love) is in the works and will be out in just a few short weeks! I'm so excited for you guys to continue Alex and George's story because while this book was more focused on growing up and teenage drama, the next few books are going to get a whole lot deeper, so be ready for some adult drama😌.
I appreciate each and every single one of you, I couldn't do any of this without you! In addition to Words of Love, I've got a few other books in the works that I'm excited to share with you guys too! I just want you to know that I still am somehow not bored of writing and I ain't givin' up yet😌 (this is probably the longest I have ever held up a single hobby tbh😍), so I hope you'll stick around for all that.
As always, I love you all and thank you so much for reading this book and giving it so much support because it truly means the world to me!
I have made the executive decision (fancy, huh?😌) to give you guys a quick preview of book two, so uh, here it is? Enjoy😍

"You two are just a bunch of arseholes. Think of all the stuff that Brian has done for you," Alexandria said to them.
"He sure does bring us a lot of joy, as you've just witnessed, dearest Annie."
Alexandria frowned. "Paul, what did I tell you about calling me that? Or rather, what have I been telling you about calling me that for years now?"
"Dunno," Paul replied. "Don't ever listen to you when you talk, Alex." The annoying, doe-eyed boy shrugged. He knew exactly how much he was pissing her off, and that is what kept him going.
"How divine," Alexandria mumbled. "Dunno why all the girls want you. You're nothing but an arse."
"Well, they won't know that," Paul said. "I work me charm in the press, it scores me some points, and they don't ever have to know what I'm actually like. A one-night stand doesn't have to know everything about me."
Alexandria wrinkled her nose. "How disgusting," she said. "Wouldn't ever want to be with you now that you've gotten older, Paul. Glad I got out when I could."
Paul put a mocking hand to his chest and frowned. "Ouch," he said. "Don't bloody like you either, Alex, ta." Paul crossed his arms, his pride clearly injured.
Alexandria didn't say anything in response. She felt the plane move under her and her hands tightened around the armrests. "Hell, do they not give you a warning?" she asked. George could sense her muscles tensing up and he reached over to take her hand.
"Not when you fly on one every other week," he responded with a slight smirk. "'T's all right. I've got you."
Alexandria despised planes, but only whenever they first moved. After they were effortlessly gliding through the air, she somehow felt a little safer. She just hated the initial thought of being off the ground. After a while, she could easily forget about it, as long as she didn't look out the window. That was why George always took the window seat whenever they flew, because it made her ill to look at how high off the ground they were.
Once the plane had successfully ascended into the clouds, a stewardess brought drinks out without even being asked. She was clearly seasoned in flying with rock musicians. And by the embarrassed looks she gave Paul and the smirks that he shot back at her, it seemed to Alexandria that she had definitely flown with the Beatles before-and she had probably gotten friendly with the bass player sitting to her left across the aisle.
The drinks that she placed in front of George and Alexandria looked delicious, but also a bit scary. If she could barely handle beer, how in the hell was Alexandria supposed to handle whatever concoction was in front of her now?
"Don't think about it, Alex," George chimed in whenever he saw the apprehensive look on his girlfriend's face. "Just drink it."
"You sure?" Alexandria asked, her nerves bubbling like the substance in her glass.
"It's only scotch and Coke. You've had it before. If anything, maybe the Coke cancels out the alcohol or summat."
Alexandria raised her eyebrows doubtfully. "Now, that is definitely not how that works, George."
"Don't think about it," he repeated, ignoring her. "Just drink it."
