Tae's POV"Will your brother try to kiss you just because he's drunk?" Adam said, tilting his head and locking eyes with me.I instinctively took a few steps back."ADAM!! Out. NOW!" she snapped.Adam looked at her, shrugged slightly, and walked out of the room.Did she tell him? Why would she? But who am I to question what she shares?"I'm sorry about that. It just... slipped before I realized," she said, leading me toward the bed."No, it's okay. It was my fault from the beginning," I replied, eyes fixed on the floor."Quit blaming yourself. I don't even know why he brought that up—it's been so long," she muttered. We sat in silence for a few moments."Thank you for always being here when I needed you," she said softly, pulling me into a tight hug.I hugged her back, warmly, then pulled away just enough to look at her."Please don't listen to what he said. Just think it over again. Jimin loves you more than you think. Maybe he's just buried in work—our popularity is skyrocketing lately. Just don't make any rushed decisions, okay?""I will, Tae... only because I feel guilty toward him. But I'm not a toy he can pick up when he feels like it and toss aside when he doesn't. I want affection—like any girl. Gifts, dates, sweet moments... not just kisses."Her words gave me clarity."Okay, when I'm back I'll talk to him and explain—""Don't you dare tell him anything!" she interrupted quickly."Why not?""Just... because. Don't tell him. Don't even hint at it. Got it, Tae?""...Ugh, okay. But how do I explain disappearing all of a sudden?""I don't know. Figure it out.""...Fine. I wanted to ask something," I said, waiting for her permission."What is it?" she replied, curious."Tia said you learned so many languages, but Arabic wasn't one of them... and yet you speak it. So... are you Arab?""No," she said, calmly. "But I won't give you more than that. There's someone who needs to hear those details first.""You've got so many secrets, Amar.""Not everything needs to be told to everyone."---Jimin's POVThe concert in Saudi Arabia was finally over. All I wanted was to go back to Amar. No one told me she had been hospitalized until we were already in the airport. How could they hide that?I blamed myself. She must've called for help... and I didn't answer. I ignored her calls and messages. I wasn't there when she needed me. But I'll make it up to her. They said she's been in the hospital for four days under observation. Four days... and I didn't even check on her once. Guilt was eating me alive. Now that we were back in Korea, I went straight to the hospital with the guys. They even knew her room number.I opened the door and there she was—on a couch beside some man. Laughing with him. She slapped his lap playfully. What the hell?---Author's POV"I COME BACK FULL OF GUILT AND YOU'RE HERE LAUGHING WITH SOME OTHER GUY?!" Jimin shouted. She turned to him, confused."What other guy?""Jimin, it's not what you think—trust me!" Tae jumped in, trying to stop the storm."HIM!!" Jimin pointed at the man furiously, ignoring Tae."Oh... Adam, can you give us a moment?" she said calmly, standing up.Adam stood too—taller than anyone in the room."Sure, I've got work anyway. I'll see you tomorrow, sweety," Adam said casually."Okay, babyboy. Take care," she replied.Adam hugged her and kissed her cheek. That's when Jimin snapped. He lunged toward Adam, his fist crashing into his face. Blood spilled from Adam's nose as Tae tried to hold Jimin back—but failed. The others froze."You deserved that," Jimin growled.Amar rushed to Adam, holding tissues to his nose and tilting his head gently upward."I can't believe you!" Jimin yelled, heading for the door.Tae finally shouted, "HE'S HER BROTHER!"Everything stopped."What?! You have a brother?!" Jimin looked at Amar in disbelief."I do. But I guess now... he doesn't have a nose anymore," she muttered, sitting Adam on the couch, still pressing the tissues gently."I'm so sorry—I didn't know. I'm really, really sorry. Will you forgive me?" Jimin said, guilt pouring from his eyes as he sat beside Adam."This is probably the worst way for you two to meet," Hobi said, laughing despite himself."Don't mind me," Jimin added with a half smile, "but a handsome guy like you laughing with my girl and calling her sweety—what do you expect me to do?""Good one," Suga commented, amused by Jimin's 'handsome guy' compliment.---Amar's POVI get it. His jealousy was valid. I admit, we did look too comfortable. But we're siblings—what did he expect? He should've trusted me before throwing punches. Now Adam's hurt. Still, a part of me was happy Jimin came back for me.After I explained that Adam lives abroad and came because of my condition, the boys stayed for a while then left us alone."So... you said you were full of guilt?" I asked from my bed, looking at him sitting in the chair beside me."Because I didn't answer your calls... or messages. I wasn't there when you needed me." His gaze dropped to the floor."Yeah. I didn't expect that from you. But... I'm okay now. Nothing to worry about," I said softly."Then... are you still mad?""...A little," I admitted after a pause."What can I do so you'll forgive me?""There's a lot. But first... get me out of this prison I'm locked in," I said, motioning around the hospital room.
