JIMIN POV
It's been a month since all those surprises unfolded. Amar and I are still in physiotherapy, but we're getting better each day. The doctor finally gave us the green light to ease back into our normal lives.
I've been joining the boys at practice for two days now, while she's immersed in designing her comeback collection. She didn't release anything for winter, so this spring drop is a survival game for her. She's been working day and night—like always, pouring her whole heart into it.
As for our wedding, we agreed to hold it right after her collection launches and our new album drops. Just a matter of weeks now. And honestly... I've been using this time to prepare something very special for her. Something I couldn't give her in London. But that's a secret for now ;-)
She's also busy furnishing our new house. That's another reason to wait—she wants everything to be perfect before we officially move in.
Let me tell you a little about it.
I bought this villa long ago, way before Amar came into my life. It's three floors—modern and elegant, just how I like it. I picked the structure, but she handled the entire interior design.
I'm actually headed there now.
The exterior is sleek gray, with a white central door that gives it a clean, luxurious vibe. Inside, the stairs are on the left, the living room on the right. Oh—she's already furnished it! The walls are painted cream, and the sofas are night blue. I love it. A huge flat-screen hangs on the wall—she probably picked the biggest one in Korea. She's a movie addict after all. I can already picture us curled up here, watching something... or making out.
Up on the second floor, there's a massive black kitchen—exactly how she wanted it, big enough to dance while cooking. There are five rooms and three bathrooms. She left the guest rooms simple so our future kids can decorate them however they want. First room: packed with her clothes. Second: all mine. Third—
"Ohh, you're here!" Amar says, suddenly appearing and hugging me.
She looks stunning in that tailored suit—classy and powerful.
"Yeah, just wanted to see how things were going."
"Oh, did you see the living room?" she beams.
"I did, and I love it," I smile, making her giggle.
"Come on! Let me show you our floor," she says, dragging me upstairs.
Yep. We have an entire floor just for us.
"Calm down, Princess!" I laugh, nearly tripping.
"Sorry," she says with those innocent-but-not-so-innocent eyes.
"It's okay. What do you want to show me?"
The moment I look around, I see two beanbags, comfy chairs, and a mini fridge full of drinks. She replaced all the walls with glass. Sunset light floods in. It's beautiful... but also, very visible.
She catches my worried look.
"Don't worry, I thought of that," she says, tugging my hand again.
Past a hidden door, the glass disappears. We step into a cozy, dreamy space. The walls are a coffee-purplish tone that feels warm and calm. Our bed? Bigger than king-size—because, well, we move a lot in our sleep. Matching dark pink and blue side tables, thick curtains, a massive dressing room with full-length mirrors, and a bathroom with a tub for two. It's... perfect.
"You like it? We can change anything," she asks.
"No, no—it's amazing. But... did you think of a secret room?" I ask.
"Why would we need one?"
I grin. "Come, I'll show you."
"But wait! You didn't see the office! I made it for both of us!" she protests.
"Later, we're living here forever anyway." I pull her along but she plants her feet.
"You're acting suspicious."
I lift her up bridal style.
"Hey! Let me down!" she squeals, clinging to my collar.
I laugh and carry her to the car.
"Wait! My car!"
"We'll come back."
"Where are we going? And what about the secret room?!"
"So many questions, Princess. Just wait."
We arrive. She gets out and freezes.
"Wait... people live here now!?"
"Nope. It's ours."
A small beach-style house stands in front of us, bathed in golden light. I built it myself, down to every detail.
"OURS!?" she gasps.
"Yeah. It's been ready since your award celebration, but... things got in the way. Come on."
We step inside.
"WOAH."
It's small but perfect. One bed. A mini fridge. A little stove. A shelf full of ramen cups. Dim fairy lights giving it a soft, romantic glow.
"This is amazing. I can't wait to show it to our kids!"
"Nope. This place is just for us. A secret."
"Okay, deal," she smiles and keeps looking around.
How did I fall this hard for her? How did she become my entire world?
"I love you," she says.
Was she reading my mind?
"You're not gonna answer?" she teases, stepping closer.
"I love you too," I whisper, my mind still racing.
She wraps her arms around my neck. Mine instinctively go to her waist.
"Remember our first kiss here?" she says.
I nod. How could I forget? It was winter. Her hands were freezing. And she melted into my touch.
"I want to recreate it," she says, locking eyes with me.
"Why? Want to change something?"
"Just a little." She leads me outside, positions us just right.
"Start," she commands, eyes on the fading sky.
I chuckle, slipping my hands into my pockets, then gently tilting her chin up. One hand moves to her neck. I kiss her softly, lovingly—just like before. Then I pull her into a hug.
After a moment, she steps back and pulls a paper from her back pocket.
"What's this?" I ask.
"Our wedding. Everything's ready. Just waiting for the groom's signature."
I blink. How...?
"It took some effort, but... yay! Wedding next week!"
"Next week!?" My heart pounds.
"Don't worry, I arranged everything with your team."
I grab her and spin her in a circle.
"Finally!"
"I thought you'd be sad... leaving the boys sooner."
"How could I be sad? I get to live with the love of my life."
"Right. But—there will be rules. Since we're going to be husband and wife."
"Babe, we've technically been married for months," I smirk.
"Um—uh—just listen."
I love seeing her flustered. And I love her. All of her.
