Y/n walks into the Police office, before walking into Lins room, at this point people have gotten used to Y/n just walking into her room so they just got over it.
"Hey!" y/n said with a grin on her face with a bag in hand. "Hi, what's up?" Lin said flipping a packet before looking up. "I brought you lunch!" y/n said, showing her the bag. "Thank you" Lin responded with a smile on her face. "You staying or you're going to the tournament?" Lin asked unwrapping the bag. "I'm going to the tournament but ill stay here for a while!" Y/n said pulling a chair over, they did this on a daily y/n brings Lin lunch stays for a while, they usually talk about news around talking about their day so far, after, Y/n would leave they'd meet in the office and drive home together, train for a bit and go to bed, A mother-daughter routine.

Y/n was walking into the Arena, walking to the spot where Asami reserved for her, which she had no idea why- but who cares it's a good view to watch Korr- THE FIRE FERRETS, play.
Y/n sat down on the chair looking outside the window. 'Why do Mako and Korra look like they hate each other? Like not the usual hate like they look like they despise each other' Y/n thought but she shrugged it off. "Eight teams have been eliminated and eight advances into the quarter-finals! Which get underway tonight! The rookies are about to take on the former and longest reigning champ, The Boar-Q pines! Youth Clashes against experience in battle for the ages, or rather of the ages?" The announcer announces as the bell rings, Which means the match is starting as the crowd starts cheering.
The match starts as They start throwing their respecting bendings at each other, as the crowd cheers for them. "Korra dodges and, Ooh! Slams straight into her Teammate!". Y/n winches at the View of Korra running into Mako on his lower stomach after doing a cartwheel. "Down Goes Mako and Bolin and Korra!". The announcer yells. 'They look so out of sync, What the hell happened?!' Y/n Thinks, Y/n watches as the group yells at each other, Mainly Mako And Korra.
"The Ferrets looking to mount some offense here in round two! Bolin lets a fly a flurry of attacks, He's a one-man bending battalion! The ferrets are having a rough time finding their rhythm tonight, but thanks to Bolin! they narrowly notch round two!" He states as Y/n mentally and physically punch the man, I mean yes we get your a Commentator, but come on now? "Now sure what's eating them, But this is not the same team who took out the Rabaroos!" He says. "Round three is a tie! We go to a tie-breaker to decide the match." He announces. That would be the obvious case but hey, don't let me tell you how to do your job.
They started a coin toss, and it landed. "The fire ferrets win the coin toss!" the referee yells, y/n sighed in relief. 'im hoping Bolin does the tie break fight' Y/n thinks and her prayers were working since Bolin chose earth. "Looks like the earthbenders will collide in the tie-breaker face-off." He said, and now Bolin and apparently Chang? Were going head to head in a fight a Strike from Bolin and 'BOOM', Chang fell into the water. Y/n cheered happily with a huge smile on her face. "The Future Industries Fire Ferrets win their quarterfinal match!" he yells as y/n jumps around cheering, Korra smile looking at her from the corner of her eye.

Y/n was laughing with Bolin as they walked out of the area. "Dude, Where's Korra? I wanted to hang out a bit later her match but like, Can't even find her-" Y/n says as Bolin shrugs. "I don't know, I saw her walk to the Balcony?" Bolin says. "Alright! ill go check from there!" Y/n says running in the direction of the Balcony. "Wait! Jeez, You're so fast for someone who's so Lazy!" Bolin yells. "Korra!" Y/n yells out trying to find her. "Kor-!" Y/n pauses in her tracks as her eyes widen to see, Mako and Korra, Korra the one who she likes, Mako the one who KNOWS she likes Korra, Kissing each other.
Korra and Mako pulled back before looking to the side Korra's eyes widened. "Y/n!" She yelled in surprise seeing y/n starring them, Makos eyes widened, Full of Guilt. "I...I can't believe you!" Y/n yells staring directly at Mako with tears in her eyes, Korra Looked confused she didn't know why y/n was yelling, not yet at least. "You! You Knew I liked her! Yet here you are! Fucking kissing her! Yeah, Mister "I Have a Girlfriend, and you don't"! You Knew!" Y/n Yelled with tears in her eyes walking closer and closer to Mako. "You're a Two-Timing Bitch! You just love when girls are just ALL OVER YOU!" Y/n yells as Korra lets everything that's happening sink in. 'Y/n Likes me, And i kissed Mako, When I myself like her too..' Korra thought as She feels Guilt rise up her body. "Y/n!" Bolin yells seeing Y/n raise a fist up, The urge to just Punch Mako stopped as she turned to look at Bolin, who looked at her worried. "Fine." She turns WIping tears away from her eyes. Y/n Stomped her feet on the ground causing a pillar to shoot up at Mako stopping just in front of his face causing him to jump in fear.
Y/n walked away, before running feeling tears filling her eyes, SHe had only one person to go to and that's her Mom. She ran all the way to her office. She Ran to her Office door before opening the door and slamming it shut Lin's head sprouted up looking to see a crying y/n panting heavily. "Y/n?! What Happened?!" Lin said Getting up from her chair quickly before grabbing Y/n's hands. "Mako Kissed Korra! And he knew I had the biggest crush on her and He kissed her!" Y/n said Crying as Lin grabbed her head and pulled her into a hug, Y/n Placed her head on Lin's Shoulder crying. "Maybe it was by accident?" Lin asked trying to Make good from the situation. "It wasn't! I know it wasn't! They stayed there for so long!" Y/n said wiping her tears from her eyes.
"Listen Y/n, Your such a Special Girl, And if Korra cant see that, Then she isn't Worth it, Alright?" Lin says as Y/n Nods. "But, I know Korra sees something in you, You guys are SOulmates, You have the exact same Love life as me, Yet your the Pema in this story i just know one day you'll Be with her i just know it." Lin said Making circles on Y/n's back as y/n smiled calming down from how much she cried. "Thanks so much, Mom.." Y/n said as Lin looked down at her. "Of COurse." She says, before hearing small snores come from Y/n she smiled before Placing her down in the chair in the corner of her room she just moved there for Y/n. "Maybe I should buy a couch if she always comes here." Lin thinks placing a jacket over Y/n.
