A few days had passed since you became an official citizen of the big and great Las Nevadas. You doubted your choice at first, but soon later realized that it wasn't that wrong.

The president himself was the one spending the most time with you. You two burried your hatchet and got along pretty well. Every morning, Quackity would come to the hotel with Slime, making sure you three would get a great breakfast. He also gave you a bigger tour of his country than his first one and showed you the place of land that was promised to you when you sighed the papers.

But not just that, every afternoon you would help Foolish work onto building projects with Sam, although you were still suspicious after what you had heard about him. Slime and Fundy inaugurated you more with him and also with the country itself. Besides that, they also told you a lot of new things about Quackity.

Apparently, the black haired man was once engaged which really surprised you after he mentioned that he thought poorly on engagement or marriage. You didn't know that he had someone that close, you had always thought he'd be more of a loner. Slime couldn't really tell you anything more since Quackity himself refused to say anymore more.

Even when you were on good terms with the president now, he was still a big mystery to you in many ways.

Just like his purpose of getting Dream's revival book.

Oh yeah, the revival book.

It somehow didn't come into your mind that often when you spent your time getting to know Las Nevadas and its people, but it also didn't leave it.

You knew that it was serious even without knowing if Dream really had one. All of that could've also been a big setup or lie someone has put into the room to get an advantage, but Quackity seemed too eager about it.

And it'd be an explanation for why Wilbur Soot, someone who died a long time ago, was suddenly back like he had never been dead.

However, you hadn't asked the president about it since you were guaranteed citizenship, but still. You knew that you couldn't just leave it like that.

Another day started with you getting woken up by the sun shining through the big windows in your room. You loved getting woken up like that every single morning. It gave you some kind of happiness, you couldn't explain.

Before you got up from your big bed, you yawned and then put your new clothes on which consisted out of a white button shirt, a black shorts and suspenders. Since you were a part of this nation, you needed to match the others, after all they were wearing something similar. Though, you all differentiated from one another in your own ways.

For example, you wore high socks to your outfit because you thought it'd fit with the shorts. And the key to L'Manberg's gates on a necklace around your neck. To that, your hair got way too long, so you tied it up to a ponytail since you were too tired to mess with it.

Once you were ready for the day, you left your room and embarked yourself to the dining hall of the hotel. Taking the elevator down, it suddenly stopped on your way down and you expected someone to get on it as well, which someone did. But not just anyone.

Purpled looked at you with his purple eyes as the doors to the elevator opened and he got on, now standing next to you.

You didn't know how to behave, so you just forced a smile which Purpled replied to your surprise.

"Hey, Y/n! Heard you're a part of Las Nevadas too!", he said, sounding way too enthusiastic for some reason before you nodded at him. "You could say that, yeah! With 'too'... I assume, you're one too?"

The tall blonde guy hesitated before he nodded and gave you a smile back.
"Yeah.. You could say that. Where are you going? Have anything exciting planned?", he asked as you shook your head. "Not really, not as far as I'm aware of. What about you?"
"Same, to be honest. I'm just on my way to.. uh see a friend!", he answered again with that kind of enthusiasm that didn't seem that real.
