The Riddle Twins

Chapter 3

Ragnok lead them to the ritual room. It was a circular room with two stone slabs in the middle and runes around it. A few goblins were there, which they guessed were the healers.

"Greetings Healer Silverclaw." Ragnok greeted.

"Greetings Lord Ragnok." Silverclaw bowed, "What brings you here?"

"Harry Potter and Hermione Granger recently found out that they are Riddles." Ragnok gestured to them. "There were many blocks and potions on them and so, they want it to be removed."

"Very well." He nodded and said to the twins, "Lie down on the slabs. We will begin the process but I warn you, it will be very painful." Harry and Hermione nodded and did as they were told. The Healer Goblins took their places, while Ragnok stood outside the circle. The Goblins began chanting in some language and suddenly Harry and Hermione felt excruciating pain as if they were under the cruciatus curse. They tried not to scream out, but the pain become too much and they slipped in unconsciousness.

-A few hours later-

Harry blinked as he sat up and looked around him. Everything was blurry, but he knew he was wearing his glasses. So, he removed them and he could see clearly. He looked at the next stone slab and saw Hermione who was just stirring and then he realized why he was here. He was not Harry Potter, he was Ares Riddle, son of Tom Riddle and Bellatrix Riddle and Hermione was his twin, Athena Riddle. He began angry when he thought about Dumbledore, Molly, Ron and Ginny. He vowed to get revenge on them one day, but no he had to focus on knowing who he really was. He looked over to Hermione and saw that she too had sat up but she looked different. Harry stared at her in surprise, she no longer had bushy brown hair but her hair was straight and jet black. Hermione turned to look at him and her jaw dropped.

"Harry, you look different." She said, shocked.

"You look different too." Harry said.

Ragnok came into the room and said, "Ah I'm glad you're awake."

"How long have we been unconscious?" Hermione asked.

"A few hours." Ragnok answered and then conjured a mirror. Harry and Hermione looked at the mirror, and jumped up in shock and moved closer to the mirror as if not believing their appearance. It was obvious they were twins as they looked remarkably similar. Harry had pale skin, jet-black hair and dark brown eyes with a tint of red. He had shot up in height from 5'5 to 5'8. Hermione also had pale skin and jet-black hair but her eyes were blue. She too had shot up in height and was now 5'6.

"Wow." Hermione said and Harry nodded.

"Let's go back to the office, shall we?" Ragnok suggested and they both nodded.

They took their seats and Harry said, "Ragnok, has there been any illegal transfer of money from the Potter vault? I overheard Dumbledore saying that he was paying the Weasleys with my vault money."

Ragnok's eyes widened and he cursed before snapping his fingers. A parchment appeared and Ragnok scanned through the parchment and he cursed again. He handed over the parchment to Harry.

2,500 Galleons per year to Molly Weasley's Vault since 1991
1,000 Galleons per year to Ronald Bilius Weasley's Vault since 1991
1000 Galleons per year to Ginevra Molly Weasley's Vault since 1992
200 Galleons per year by Harry James Potter

Harry stared at the paper in shock. So much money was taken. He calculated it mentally in his mind. Dumbledore had taken 75,000 Galleons, Molly had taken 12,500 Galleons, Ron had taken 5,000 Galleons and Ginny had taken 4,000 Galleons. Totally 96,500 Galleons were taken from his vault. Harry's anger just increased and he snarled. Hermione put her hand on his shoulder and he calmed down a bit.

"We'll get the money back." Hermione promised. She then turned to Ragnok and said, "Can you get the money back?"

"Yes, we can, and if they're unable to, we will seize their vaults and they will be forced to work in the dungeons until they can pay." Ragnok grinned evilly. Harry and Hermione smirked.

"Well, they certainly won't be able to pay. I mean, at least the Weasleys." Hermione said. "Even though Arthur won the Grand Prize, how were the able to go to Egypt? I mean it must have cost a lot and Ron; he bought a lot of food at Hogsmeade."

"Ragnok, could you start the process? Please keep us informed as well." Harry said.

"Very well. Now, it's time for you to claim your heirships. Which ones will you both take?" Ragnok asked.

Harry and Hermione looked at each other as if communicating through their mind and looked back at Ragnok.

"Hermione will take Le-Fay, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Evans and Dowager-Granger. I will take Gryffindor, Slytherin, Potter, Peverell and Lupin. Both of us will take Riddle, Gaunt, Merlin and Black."

Ragnok nodded. "Very well." Ragnok snapped his fingers and 14 boxes appeared out of nowhere."

"These contain the rings." Ragnok said.

Ragnok arranged the rings, according to which one they were taking.

The Riddle ring had a thin silver band with a green crest on which there was a picture of a wand. The Gaunt ring had a gold band with a silver crest with a picture of a snake on it. The Slytherin ring had a silver band and with a green crest with a picture of a basilisk on it. The Gryffindor ring had a gold band with a red crest with a picture on a griffin on it. The Hufflepuff ring had a black band with a yellow crest and a picture of a badger on it. The Ravenclaw ring had a bronze band and a blue crest with a picture of eagle on it. The Potter ring was had a black band with a gold crest and on the crest was a picture in which a sword and a wand were crossed. The Black ring hand a black band and a blue crest. The crest had three crows at the bottom and a hand holding a wand on the top. The Peverell ring had a gold band and a blank stone in the middle with a weird looking symbol. There was a triangle and a circle inside it and there was a straight line dividing the circle into half. The Evans ring had a black band and a green crest with a picture of a flower on it. The Dowager-Granger ring had a brown band and a brow crest with a picture of an owl. The Le-Fay ring had a black band and a silver crest with a bird on it. The Merlin ring had a purple band with a black crest and a picture of a dragon on it. The Lupin ring was grey and had a picture of a wolf on it.

Harry and Hermione put on the rings and they immediately felt a rush of power, which meant that the houses were accepting them as their heirs.

Harry and Hermione smiled at each other and then looked back at Ragnok.

"Is there any property which we can stay in?"

"Potter Manor." Ragnok answered. "It is one of the most protected houses in the world. I will also send you a letter later regarding the will of James Potter and Lily Potter."

"How can we go there?"

"Your ring acts as a portkey, which will take you there. You just have to tap the ring and say Potter Manor." The twins thanked Ragnok and then Harry held Hermione's hand.

"You ready?" He asked and Hermione smiled, "Of course."

"Thank you Ragnok." Harry said.

"My duty." He smiled.

Harry tapped the Potter ring and said, "Potter Manor."

Immediately they were transport outside the Potter Manor.

"Wow." The twins said in unison gazing at the manor in awe. It was huge.

"This is awesome, Harry." Hermione gasped.

"It is." Harry agreed. "But I suppose you'll have to start calling me Ares."
