[ Was the last chapter okay? I didn't know if the whole Tobi thing was like, weird. Please comment for requests for the story's future wise, thank you! ]
"There's always revenge." Obito whispered.
I remained still in his arms, not wanting to say anything about his statement. I was new to the whole Obito Uchiha thing, so it's pretty much whoa to me. I sighed, then pulled back slightly to stare longingly at his bare face. I could see that he's related to Itachi, though he doesn't have those cold onyx eyes of an Uchiha. Tobi made a curious face, wanting to know what I could be thinking about. I shook my head slightly, "I can't, that's against my religion. Even if they betrayed me, I only fight when one stands up to me." I explained, then taking a step back out of his grip.
My god, Seikatsu, has a very lovingly passion for peace. That's why Seikatsu insisted that revenge was never the answer, but self-defense is something else. I wasn't ever a fighter after being alone for so long, when I found out what happened, I was all for revenge to the Akuhei. I wanted to kill them all, wanted them to suffer the pain that my very own clan felt with their hands. That's when Seikatsu came out to weakly tell me to love my enemies, I was furious at the order I was given. Then I realized that Seikatsu gave me a favor, the favor of not only strength; but also intelligence.
I watched Tobi carefully put on his mask as if it was never removed, "Then what are you training for?" he asked, crossing his arms. I lift my hands up by my sides, summoning a tanto in each hand as daggers. I raised an eyebrow at my mysterious masked friend, "Strength." I simply stated before charging at Tobi.
He quickly jumped back, pulling out a pair of kunais to block the attacks I give him repeatedly. Tobi quickly caught onto my gesture of training, then with each hit, it began to become faster. I jumped up and immediately threw my left tanto at the hidden face, which transformed into a small tree log that slowly hit the grassy surface after Tobi's appearance disappeared. As I land on the ground, I go into another immediate jump into the bright blue sky. I flew up into a cloud, then turned around to look at the location of the grounds. I smirked when I spot Tobi's hiding position in a tree, his bright mask giving him away. I summoned eighty shadow clones in the cloudy figure, then I smiled at my matching crowd. They all smiled kindly back before all darting down out the gas cloud that rested in the blue sky, aiming for their target, Tobi Uchiha.
Tobi gave out a grunt as he fought each one, I was amused how he kept up with it. Then I noticed the eerie aura that surrounded him, he was preparing to use genjustu. I frowned as he defeated the last clone, then summoning three katanas, two appearing in my hands, the other in my mouth. I teleported infront of my opponent, not wasting time to attack.
Slashing, clashing, sparring.
It felt like hours we've been against each other. We both eventually slid back away from each other usionly, panting and sweating. It was amazing how strong Tobi was to me, I was wrong from before that I thought I could beat the whole Akatsuki at once. Then again, there's still a dark secret to Tobi's hidden identity. If I used my kekki genkai, I would be able to defeat him easily. Using a normal weapon wasn't my best sport, but it isn't my worst either.
I dismissed my weaponaries, staring at Tobi as he's still catching breath. "Calling it a day?" I teased, walking over to his side to pat his back lightly. Tobi chuckles, then straightens up before looking down at me. It was always weird to me that he's taller than me since he was so childish, but it makes sense for his dark side to be all tall and mighty. I giggled lightly as he ruffled my bangs, "Say," he started, gently leaving his hand to rest on my head, "wouldn't have you been close to them?" I blinked up at him, curious of his questioning. It's true, we used to be extremely close. I nodded slightly, giving yes as an answer.
Tobi nods lightly, "I'm sorry." he whispered, feeling pity of my betrayal. I shook my head, "I'm not seeking for revenge, Tobi-chan. My goal is to get my kurai shards back to put them where they belong." I explained, and removed his hand off of my head, holding it softly in my own small hand. "Kurai shards?" Tobi asked curiously, taking my other hand into his other. We were holding hands with both hands, it felt cute but also embarrassing since he was basically in a higher position in the Akatsuki. It just didn't seemed like he was in a higher position, he's a masked S-rank serial killer anyway.
I widen my eyes at my stupidity, I wasn't supposed to be giving information about myself, especially to the most secretive member. The next secretive member would be the strange one, Zetsu. Two souls in one body it seems like, or could it be true. I quickly shake my head in ignorance, "Nevermind!" I smiled nervously as Tobi chuckled. He probably knew that I didn't want to give out any weaknesses towards him, but honestly, I felt like he wanted to help me. I didn't hestitate to trust him, he shared a secret and as so did I.
I sighed in relief, and relaxation. I finally got something off my shoulders, usually I never had anyone to talk about this to. I wasn't expecting the first person to be an S-rank type of person, or a murderer in general. It made me mentally laugh at my choice of giving secrets towards to, I hate to admit that I was still an innocent hearted child, but it was true. I have great intelligence and knowledge, but I have a weakness towards trusting people easily. I felt my hands being tugged quite hard, then a pair of arms wrap around me once again. I was taken by surprise but it was a sweet gentle surprise, I wrapped my arms around Tobi in response. I didn't fancy towards him, but it was really easy to trust him for some odd reason.
Our loving hug was soon interrupted by a loud cough, causing us to break apart. It was Kazuku, I raised an eyebrow at his sudden appearance. 'Great, now he knows the place. He must've followed since he hid his chakra.' I glared into my thoughts of Kazuku's stalking. Kazuku walked towards to Tobi and I, then stopping when he's a foot away. He didn't acknowledge Tobi's existence, he only stared straight into my eyes. For whatever urge, it made me want to punch him for staring so intensely.
"Why?" Kazuku suddenly asked, he sounded desperate. I took a step back, crossing my arms with my head tilted to the side. It was easy to spot my curiousity apparently, "Why would you leave me with your fuckhead of a boyfriend?" Kazuku muttered, putting his face into his palm. I stared blankly at the facepalming man, then glanced at Tobi to see his unexpressionized mask. I sighed then untied the ribbon that held up my messy hair from sparring, "What are you talking about, Kazu-chan?" I neatly pulled my hair back into a high ponytail, then tying the ribbon into it's place.
Kazuku crossed his arms, "Hidan, he's being a little bitch about you. As much as I respect your privacy, I don't at all when it comes to me. So, keep him busy and away from me." I giggled at his inconsiderate attitude about Hidan's behavior, then tightened my hair's embrace. Tobi linked his arm with mine, "Hi-san isn't my boyfriend, I wouldn't give him that favor." I stated, winking at Kazuku before disappearing from his sight with Tobi.
"Hidan better pay me big for this." Kazuku mumbled, heading back to the base.
