Akatsuki's Favor - Chapter 10

~ Hidan's P.O.V ~ 

"Goodnight." I whispered, then falling asleep.

~ Kanna's P.O.V ~

My eyes slowly fluttered open as the sunlight hits my face, it didn't take me long to realize that I wasn't in Hidan's bed anymore, I was outside on a field. I quickly sat up, trying to remember what happened last night. 'I fell asleep in Hidan's bed, and now, I'm outside?' I stood up, and dusted off the grass off my kimono. "It's about time you woke up." I looked up at the man who said that, it was Kazuku who said it. Itachi and Tobi were on either side of him, I got curious on what was going on when I noticed Tobi being serious. 

I put my hands together inside my kimono, positioned to do secret jutsus if needed. "What's going on?" I asked, watching the men cautiously. This isn't a proper to wake up on the first day, "Leader said you haven't looked like you've fought a real battle, he wants to make sure you're as strong as he wanted." Kakuzu replies, he was most likely doing this because he was getting paid. I raised an eyebrow up, "What you're saying is, the leader doesn't think I'm strong enough?" Tobi nodded and clapped, I was relieved that he wasn't completely serious. "You will fight all the members, but not all in one day. First, you will race Tobi. There's a rock with the Akatsuki's mark on it, it's hidden. Go find it." Kakuzu announces, crossing his arms. I tilted my head to the side, and pulled my hand out the sleeve, opening my fist to show a rock that Kakuzu referred to. "Like this one?" I asked, then giggled.

Kakuzu was surprisingly amazed, I didn't see why speed amazes people, but it does. Tobi threw his hands in the air, "Yay, Rei-sempai won!" he cheered. Itachi sighed, already annoyed of Tobi's presence, "You have to escape my sharingan." Itachi states, emotionlessly. I appeared infront of Itachi, making it easier for him to activate his Tsukuyomi Sharingan on me.

The Tsukuyomi Sharingan is a powerful genjutsu that allowed Itachi to trap me in time to torture me, it was a 72 hour process, but in reality it was seconds. I opened my eyes, it's a dimmed room, I'm tied up to a stake. I began to store up my chakra, carefully watching the Itachi who appeared infront of me. Everything was strange, the astmosphere was red from the red moon, and I was inverted grey. I was wondering why this was one of the tests, the Uchihas are the main ones with the sharingan skill. I was quite amazed to actually preform in one, it was nothing I imagined it to be like. I knew sharingans were hard to escape, you have to have the same blood as the mentor, aka Itachi or another Uchiha. 

I blink as he walks closer to me, then many more of him appear around me. "Idiot, hn." Itachi mutters, they all pull out a blade. I burn the stake with my chakra, allowing me to move again. I quickly jump up, while in the air I use my genkai kekkei, which I usually never had to use. My eyes glow a bright magenta shade, glaring down at Itachi. Itachi raised his eyebrow, curious on what I'm planning to do, he quickly sent ropes to tie me up again. My eyes glew brighter at the ropes, making them turn into sakura petals before touching me. I teleport infront of Itachi, smiling, floating midair close to his face. Itachi's eyes widens as the mark on my forehead glows the same color as my glowing magenta eyes. It almost seemed like it was happening in slow motion, I bumped my forehead onto his and everything went white.

We were back on the field, Itachi was staring at me with his onyx eyes again. My delicate shining turquoise eyes are back, staring into Itachi's eyes. A huge smile creeps on my face, making Kakuzu and Tobi realized that the seconds were done. "Rei-sempai won?" Tobi asked, staring at Itachi and I. Itachi nodded, making Tobi start cheering again for my victory. I giggled at his childish behavior, and looked at Kakuzu, "Do I fight you too?" I asked, curious. Kakuzu shook his head, "Not yet, leader paid me to announce this to you, you're free to go after you follow us inside." he stated. I nodded in reply, we all go back to the boulder, I watch as Itachi summons his hand sign to make the boulder open. Kakuzu and Itachi walk inside first, me and Tobi walk side by side behind them. 

Kakuzu waved me to follow him to the office, I knocked on the door, "Enter." Pein says on the other side of the door. I walked in with Kakuzu, not really knowing what to say since it was Kakuzu's invitation. "What's her progress?" Pein spoke, sitting at his desk in his normal principal position. "She's advanced, she escaped Itachi's Tsukuyomi."  Kakuzu replied, then nodded at the end of his reply. Pein slowly turned his gaze to me, giving me a long stare. I stared blankly at his gaze, waiting for his acknowledgement in words. 

The leader leans back in his chair, still staring straight at me with his grey eyes. "I will be sending you on missions next week, you will have a partner that I still need to decide on. You two are dismissed." He finally spoke, waving his hand as if to shoo us out. I dismissed myself by immediately going to Hidan's room, which we shared. I was surprised to see him still sleeping, this made me smile. I walked over to the bed, Hidan's mouth was half open, snoring softly and his hair all ruffled up. It was a cute imagery to see, I softly kissed his forehead and crawled back in bed beside him. I snuggled my pillow and quietly watched Hidan as he shifted over on his side. 

Hidan lazily opened his eyes, staring at me with his tired eyes. I gave out a quiet giggle, scooting closer to him. "Goodmorning, Hi-san." I whispered, holding my pillow that covered half my face, only my nose and up are visible to Hidan. Hidan got up a little, still on his side, holding his head up by laying it on his hand. "Who told you to fucking kiss me, eh?" Hidan asked, looking pissed. I immediately blushed furiously, grasping my pillow tighter. Hidan laughs at my reaction, "Oi, I'm kidding, bitch. Next time give it a little fucking more than that." Hidan winks before getting up to go shower. Once he shuts the door behind him, I quickly sat up panting and steam releases from my kimono from blushing too hard. Right at that moment, Tobi bursts through the door, which made me scream and throw a pillow at him. My comotion caused Hidan to come out naked, "What the fuck?!" Hidan yelled, glaring at Tobi then at me. I feel faint from blushing too hard, 'H-H-He's naked, HIDAN'S NAKED!' I screamed inside my perverted mind, I shook my head from my dirty thoughts. I quickly point at Hidan's crotch, while Tobi is screaming and covering his face.

"You're naked, hn!" I shouted, still pointing.
