[ Edited Chapter 17, it appeared too long to show the end of it. ]
Tsunaka and Kazuku closely followed, not caring for Hidan's disappearance.
My black dress faded into my Akatsuki kimono slowly as we walked deeper into the forest, having no need to change normally. Kazuku took off his disguise and yanked his cloak back on with pleasure, happy to have the ridiculous outfit off of him and out of his sight. Tsunaka stayed far away from Kazuku as possible, leaving me being in the middle of them. It felt extremely quiet without Hidan, almost lonely without his unpleasant foul voice around. I kind of felt bad for my random attack on Hidan, but he could have a point of me getting sabotaged on my first mission. I felt us being watched, so I gave Kazuku a warning look, it seemed like he felt it too since he was giving me the same look. I counted the number of souls that were in the trees that covered the land, 'Five... Eight... Twelve.' There's twelve ninjas preparing an actual ambush on us, the Akatsuki and an old man.
"Prepare for an ambush." I whispered as all twelve ninjas jumped out the trees, surrounding us. I stood straight, not letting them off my guard, I studied each of their chakra in case they were to run away. 'I can't pick a fight?' I cautiously kept an eye on the old man that kept a tight grip on my short kimono skirt. I closed my eyes, focusing onto my elemental guards.
~Flashback~
Many animals of the forest piled onto me, causing me to grunt in defeat. "I don't think they're going to listen to me, mama." I squeezed myself out from under the pile of creatures, then crossing my arms childishly.
"How do I get you and Dachi to listen to me?" My mother asks, getting me to think. I widen my eyes at my mother before giving her an understanding smile. I turned towards the pets, standing up tall and straight, I held in my breaths soft and short.
My eyes flashed to the color fuchsia as I glared at my new furry companions, causing them to all sit up straight in a single line side by side. "You'll listen to me or pay consquences." I demanded, gripping my small fist tighter on the blossom fan. Their eyes began to match my own, full of sakura fury.
~End of Flashback~
I linked my arm with Kazuku's, pulling him closer to my side. He looked back at me with an annoyed face, which turned into a curious one when he saw my eyes glowing magenta like he saw before. I held my fan tightly in my fist, squeezing it. I could tell Kazuku wanted to know what I could do because he didn't move, he only watched me. I gave out an impatient grunt, then Kazuku raised an eyebrow. Three of the men, were crashed into the forest by a flash of white. Tsunaka widen his eyes, "Ohhhh, no. We have to leave, now! That's the white beast!" I shook my head at him, then released myself from their grips. I stepped forward, "Took you long enough." I glared at the white missing ninken that now has a red print on it's chin and chest. I sighed at the bloodthirsty creature, allowing it to attack the other eight ninja who attempted to fight it.
Kazuku was curious why the animal had the same eye effect as me, I could tell by the way he kept looking back at the dog and me. I snapped my fan open, causing the dog to pause in his carnivorism, looking back at the mentor, aka me. "I control many things." I explained, then dismissing my tessen which faded into a pink sparkle from my hand. Tsunaka nervously walked around the dog that was busying itself with it's new meal, quickly hurrying to my side.
With that, we continued back onto the path back to the headquarters. "Weren't we supposed to stay in the hotel?" Kazuku asked, worrying about the waste of money. I shrugged my shoulders, then giving him a grin, "I'm sure we can get a refund." Kazuku nodded in agreement at my words, believing it could be true. I didn't know if you could get a refund but I was almost positive we could since we barely used the room, also I was a likable guest there. I quietly fly up behind Kazuku, wrapping my arms around his shoulders, then resting my head near his neck. Kazuku gave out a low grunt but kept walking, not attempting to remove me. I slowly shut my eyes, letting his body drift my floating one back to the base as I slept.
I awoke to a loud displeasant yelling, I opened my eyes to see Kazuku's face annoyed then I looked ahead of him, Hidan. I pushed myself up to where I was now sitting on Kazuku's shoulders, staring at Hidan's bruised and cut up body. We were still in the forest, but very near the headquarters. Hidan widen his eyes as I sat on Kazuku's shoudlers, looking as if he's jealous but his face goes from surprised to displeased very quickly. "You!" Hidan shouted, pointing at the yawning me. I tilted my head to the side, wondering what he has to say now. Kazuku didn't have to put much effort into holding me, since my flying ability, I'm light as a feather. I looked down at Tsunaka, who looked as if he was having a migrane from all the yelling. I couldn't blame the old man, I could feel a headache coming as well. "You're the fucking bitch that fucking kicked me, what the fuck was that?!" Hidan yelled, pulling out his three bladed weapon.
I teleported myself from Kazuku's shoulders to very close to Hidan's face, furious. "Excuse me, Hidan?" I started, "I wouldn't have done that if you wouldn't have treated my clone like shit!" I spat in his face, completely forgetting my lady-like manners of a fight. Hidan smirked, "Who the hell fucking told you to fucking kick me anyway, eh bitch?!" Hidan spat back, amused that I'm arguing back. Tsunaka cleared his raspy throat, causing all of us to look at him, he was giving a generous grin that any old man could give.
"Love hurts, Hidan." Tsunaka states, quoting himself from before.
