His office was large and dark. The curtains on the window were closed letting in no natural light. I pulled away from Talon and ran to the window. I pulled the curtains back and looked out the big window. Many men were fighting in the large field that was in view. I smiled and turned to look at Talon. He had turned away from the window and was sitting in his desk.

"So why was the window closed?" I asked walking over and sitting down on his lap. I leaned into his side and rested my head on his shoulder.

"Because I can't work when there is a thing I would rather be doing so I close the window to keep me from getting distracted," Talon answered looking out the window at his men. I nodded my head and looked at the files covering the desks. There was many different photos of men with rugged looks and a crazed look in their eyes.

"Who are they?" I murmured glancing his way. He looked hard at the many photos strewn across his desk.

"They are the rogues that are attacking the other packs," Talon whispered. He quickly started closing the files, I glanced at his worried face. He gave me a tight smile before sliding all the files into the top drawer.

"Please don't hide anything from me please," I mumbled into his shoulder.

"I wont as long as you don't hide anything from me," he responded.

"Okay I bet I can beat your best female warrior in a fight," I commented. I knew I could I had a secret that I would prove to him.

"Okay but if it goes to far and she hurts you I am stepping in," he concluded. I nodded my head and his eyes glazed over, he was mind linking.

"Is she coming?" I asked waiting for his answer.

"She's on her way," Talon said a worried look in his eyes.

A loud knock on the door signalled her appearance.

"Come in!" Talon called out wrapping his arms around my waist. When the door opened a tall women walked in she was fairly muscular and had many scars. She had dark blonde hair and bright blue eyes. I smiled and walked over.

"Hi I'm Zephyrin," I murmured holding out my hand.

"I'm going to fight her? Alpha she's tiny I don't want to hurt her," the lady said.

"For a matter of fact I could beat you if I want to beat you," I growled loudly at her. My eyes flashed dangerously.

"I highly doubt it," she snarled.

"Let's go then," I hissed waiting for her to leave. She looked at me waiting for me to leave, "Oh I'm new here I don't know where to go," I giggled. She nodded and left the room I followed closely behind her and Talon closely behind me.

"Lily I'm stepping in if it starts to go bad," Talon tried to say to Lily who didn't even turn. She nodded her head and walked into the woods. Lily led us to a clearing and she pulled her leather jacket off.

"No shifting and no dirty moves," she said eyeing me warily.

"No problem," I snarled. I closed my eyes and stood still. I listened to my surroundings and waited. Lily lunged at me and I stepped out of the way at a amazing speed. My eyes flashed open and everything was clearer. I zeroed in on Lily and lunged faster than a normal wolf. She looked surprised and didn't move. I caught her in the gut and brought her to the ground. She groaned and tried to stand up. I kept her down and wrapped a hand gently around her throat. She tapped out on the ground and looked at me with awe.

"H-how did you do that?" She asked surprised. I smiled and helped her up.

"Lots of practice," I replied shaking my head. Talon growled with aprovel and wrapped his strong arms around his waist.

"How did you do that?" He whispered in my ear.

"I learn't how to connect with my wolf in human form, by doing this it strengthens your wolf, thats how you learn to move quickly and eventually nobody can beat you except the masters," I explained to him. Talon nodded his head slowly.

"Could you teach me?" He asked looking at me with his large brown eyes.

"Sure but we need to start right away before you have to go to w-war," I croaked. "Let's go get changed and then you will take me somewhere private so I can teach you," I finished. He nodded his head.

"Want a piggy back?" he asked playfully. I nodded my head and jumped onto his back. Talon walked slowly back to the house. I kicked him in the side lightly and he started running up the stairs. I jumped down and ran into the closet. I pulled on a pair of neon yellow Nike pro shorts and a grey sports bra. I slipped my socks onto my feet and tied my Nike free shoes on. I tied my hair into a ponytail and waited for Talon. He walked out of the bathroom in a pair of grey russell shorts without a shirt. He had a perfect eight pack. A large tattoo was on his chest. It started on his pectoral muscle and fanned out to his shoulder. He sauntered over to her and wrapped his arms around my tiny waist.

"I didn't know you had a tattoo?" I gawked. I traced it lightly with my fingers. Talon shivered under my touch.

"I got it a year ago," he notified. I nodded my head and kept tracing over the intertwining lines.

"Ready?" I asked pulling away from his strong frame. He nodded and wrapped his hand around mine. He pulled me along behind him as we entered the wall of trees. I smiled the smell of fresh dirt and leaves filled my senses. We reached a small clearing and I pulled away and ran to the middle. I sat down and crossed my legs. Talon followed and sat in front of me.

"Okay so what's first?" He asked looking at me intently.

"First you are going to connect with your wolf," I started "So close your eyes and focus on your wolf, what he looks like what he is thinking, his strength, his mind, but most importantly his eyes," I added. He nodded and closed his eyes. I closed my eyes and concentrated. I peered into his mind and saw that he was close to what he needed. He shifted slightly and his concentration broke. "DON'T MOVE!" I snapped. Talon froze and continued his concentrating. I again peered into his mind and saw how close he was. They connected!

"Now that you are connected you are going to open your eyes and spar with me," I ordered. We both opened our eyes and stood. I took the first lunge and he dodged it swiftly. "Good!" I smiled He lunged at me quickly and I moved just out of the way. We spared for a good hour before I jumped on him and pressed my lips to his. He smiled against my lips.

"That felt amazing!" Talon exclaimed, he pulled me to the ground and he landed with a grunt. I smiled and kissed him.

"If you want you can train with your men like that and teach them if you'd like but I don't suggest training everybody just a few select men. They will be The Warriors and the others who don't will just be fighters. I want you to chose the men you do quickly and I will train them and you will train with them," I ordered him.

"I normally don't like being told what to do but that was hot," he groaned pressing his lips to my ear.

"Thanks," I gushed. He nodded and we made our way back home.
