Alpha's Daughter

I ran as far as I could, my wolf was weak from 10 years of being stuck in a room. I could hear growls coming from behind me. My wolf and I formed together and I sped up moving way faster than before. My body wouldn't be able to handle this for much longer. My heart was speeding up rapidly and suddenly I felt her, her thoughts were right there. 

'I'm here, twenty miles north of the red lake'  her thoughts opened and I could feel her happiness. A loud howl soon followed and that's when I was taken down. But it was to late she already knew where I was. They yanked me back to the pack house pulling me roughly towards the room. I groaned, I knew what was coming. The rogue leader Cory was already in the room a table beside him. On the table were silver tools that would cause me wounds that wouldn't heal properly. I already had many scars because I wasn't listening or I disrespected that girl that for some reason I could never remember her name.  

"Why did you try to escape, we have taken care of you for ten years and you hurt your mate?" Cory growled. 

"Because you have not taken care of me, you have abused me and chained me to a wall. This was the first day you let me out in ten years, and she is not my mate Zephyrin is my mate!" I growled back, I didn't care anymore, Zephyrin was coming, he could abuse me all he wanted, my mate was coming and she was going to kill him! 

"She is your mate and we have taken care of you, we only do this so that we can establish dominance!" Cory growled back. He began carving lines along my arm. I hissed in pain as the silver touched my skin, I couldn't believe that my mate was coming. I blocked out the pain with thoughts of my mate. 

A loud howl was heard and Cory stopped his torture. 

"You A-" he was cut off by the door being slammed opened there was two wolves one large wolf and one much smaller wolf. I instantly knew that it was my mate and she was out for blood. The smaller wolf ran towards me and shifted. She looked exactly like me only she was a girl. 

"Hi dad," she said giving me a smile. Quickly she got me out of the chair and helped me stand. Zephyrin was cornering Cory, he looked at her terrified. He was so scared he peed his pants. My little Athena giggled and looked away as she broke his neck. This was my little angel standing beside me. I cannot believe she is standing beside me or that she is ten years old, I missed watching my little girl grow up, I missed seeing her as a baby! 

Zephyrin shifted back and ran towards me. She wrapped her arms around me and pressed a kiss to my lips. 

"Gross!" Athena gaged with a smile on her face. I looked at her and winked. She gave me a smile and we began walking out of this place I like to call hell. Once we escaped the house we all shifted although my shift was more painful because of the silver running through my veins. 

'I never stopped looking for you,' Zephyrin mind linked me. 

'I know you didn't' I said giving her a wolfish smile. She sent one back before we began running home. I couldn't believe I was finally going home. 

We ran for quite a while and the whole time I felt nothing but joy, something I hadn't felt in years. Athena jogged easily beside me, she was so strong, and I loved her even though I knew nothing about her. For all I knew she could have already found her mate! I growled at the thought and got weird looks from my two girls. Once we reached a small camp I collapsed and sleep took over.
