GEORGE'S POV

I sat next to Fred at the breakfast table, waiting for (Y/N) to come up from the Hut. She was taking a bit longer than usual. Angelina, Lee, and Alicia were sitting across from us. Angelina had a book in her hand that looked familiar.

"Hey, Angelina. Where's that book from?" I asked as I stacked pancakes onto my plate.

"Oh, I got it from (Y/N)." She replied, taking a sip of her orange juice.

"Oh, you lot know that little blonde one that sits next to her in Charms and Defence Against the a dark Arts?" Alicia asked.

"Yeah – She knocked over her ink pot onto (Y/N)'s clothes on Tuesday!" Lee exclaimed, gnawing on a strip of bacon.

"Well, yesterday, she ripped this book on (Y/N) because she was trying to talk to (Y/N) when she was rushing, and (Y/N) sort of snobbed her, politely, mind you, telling that girl that she was busy, and she got all huffy then marched off. So, anyway, when we were coming back up from getting the book, she came up to us and snatched the book, and ripped it and she had the hide to tell us she did it because (Y/N) was being rude! After that, Angie punched her in the face and I repaired the book for (Y/N), and we all sat together at dinner, then we went back up to our dorm until curfew." Alicia recounted as (Y/N) came and sat on the other side of Fred.

She grabbed herself some food and drink, "Valerie's nose was bleeding after Angie punched her."

I grinned into my cup of juice I thought about the scene.

"Your nails sparkle nicely under the light, (N/N)." Fred said, sounding a bit shy.

I snickered, making him punch me.

"Thanks, the girls taught me how to paint them last night." (Y/N) replied, "Can you and George do me a favour later on?"

"I think we can fit you into our schedule." Fred replied coolly, making you roll your eyes.

"We do need someone to beat away all of our fans with a broom." I added, making you snort and mumble 'yeah right'.

READER'S POV

I was in Myrtle's bathroom, standing in front of the sink in which I brewed a potion. I started it earlier on today, before breakfast, and it was now ready to use. I pulled my robe up over my nose as I stirred in the green coloured powder, the liquid smelling disgusting.

The potion turned green, and I added some Niffler drool, making the odour disappear. I'm lucky Severus started teaching me potion brewing when I was younger, or otherwise I wouldn't have had half the knowledge I needed to brew this. I stirred the potion one last time, and scooped the potion into a bottle. You'd think after just being in Potions class I'd be sick of brewing now.

I put a balloon on the mouth of the bottle, and I tipped the liquid into the balloon, then tied the balloon off. There.

"Shall I wait until tomorrow or do it now?" I wondered out loud.

"Now. Then she'll have to sit through more classes with it." Myrtle answered from beside me.

I nodded, grinning madly. I looked at my watch. I still had twenty-five minutes of morning break left. I cast an Invisibility Spell on my balloon and levitated it, rushing to the courtyard, where I knew Valerie would be.

I looked around the courtyard. My friends were over the other side. I'd be with them as soon as I finished my prank. Tonks and Charlie was sitting on a bench. I decided to sit at their feet as Valerie wasn't too far away. If I went and sat with my friends I wouldn't have been able to reach Valerie.
