More Than Your Gift (Camilo x Reader)

"Lost outside the Encanto"

"Well then, what are we waiting for?" Mirabel asked eagerly

"Wait a minute do we have any idea of where he may be anyways?" I asked, mirabel and Camilo looked at each other then shrugged.

As we reached the foot of the mountain at the end of the encanto we decided to make our way around the giant boulders, through the bushes and shrubs

"So uh where are we exactly? I ask

"Uhm good question. We uhh-Yeah Mira where are we?" Camilo repeated as he stopped and looked up at the sky 

"it's almost sunset" I said nervously

"No guys it's okay, I know EXACTLY where we are" Mirabel smiled and me and Camilo looked at each other uncertain of our next move...

A WHILE LATER

"I have no idea where we are" as the night fell we found ourselves wandering aimlessly around..Somewhere

"Okay uhm-any ideas for what now? I'm pretty sure it's safe to say we're lost" I said staring at the ground in defeat

"Well I hope you guys are ready to settle for the night?" Mirabel awkwardly smiled 

"What?!" Me and Camilo said at the same time

"Settling for the night?!" I said again now anxious

"Mirabel,we came looking for Tio Bruno and now we lost ourselves instead" Camilo said laughing silently at his own joke afterward

"I didn't even tell my mom I was coming out here i'm sure she'll be worried,and so will your parents right?" I asked Mirabel

"All I know is if Camilo thought he was grounded before, he has another thing coming" Mirabel said half jokingly as she began to walk down the path again.

"Mirabel we shouldn't just keep walking, what if we move farther from the encanto? I mean how do we even know Bruno's out here?" I asked worried, she glanced at Camilo who nodded in agreement  

"Well I do know one thing, Bruno loves this family. He would never leave for good" She said seriously

"Uhm if you knew that already why did we come so far out here?" Camilo asked his face filled with confusion

"Okay you have a point there but hey! Here me out, we're out here together so that's a plus" Mirabel grinned awkwardly.

Me and Camilo glanced at each other with a "really" look on our face

"What do we do if we get tired?" Camilo asked still keeping his guard up 

"Wait what if Bruno had a.....uhm VISION about this and he didn't warn us because he knew we would still be capable of finding him before anything dangerous happened?" Mirabel said walking ahead of us a bit

"Or he was upset about what Abuela said to him and decided not to take the time to ask "Hey why don't I look into the future to see if anyone will come looking for me when I run away!"" I called to Mirabel who continued her way forward 

"I agree I mean how do we know he didn't already get back to casita?" Camilo asked kicking around a small stone as he began to follow behind Mirabel

"But if there's a chance he's still out here we have to rely on that chance" Mirabel said turning to us shivering a bit.

3RD PERSON POV

As the sun grew almost completely out of view the only light that remained was from the dim moon the 3 teens had relied on the tactic of calling out Bruno's name continuously.
