Chapter 13 The Birthday Break

(They're now home from Magcon, Riley has her memory back,and it's Mary and MK's Birthday)
*MK's POV*
"I CAME IN LIKE A WRECKING BALL!!" Screamed Riley once again painfully out of tune. Maybe I should just hide the spoon I thought to myself. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY BAE!!!"Riley screams jumping on my bed. "Thanks boo! Is Mary up?" I asked. "Surprisingly no" she responded. We gave each other an evil look and came up with a master plan. We got the ihome thing and start playing gas pedal "TWERK TEAM!!"We screamed which made Mary jump where Riley was waiting to smack can her with with a mini cake and while Mary was cleaning off her face the music was still playing so we just kept twerking.We hear a knock at the door so I open it. I see a box sitting there for me. I look and see it's from the Magcon boys. I open it and get blasted with whipped cream. They all jump out and start laughing. "WHO'S IDEA WAS THIS!!" I screamed. They all look at Hayes. "OH YOU'RE GONNA PAY GRIER......... RUN!"I scream. He run all the way to the park. I caught up to him and tackled him. I pin his arms down and sit on his stomach. "Heyyyy babe so did you like your present?!"he asked with a cheesy grin on his face. "Why don't you find out!"I scream and wipe it all over his face. "Awww babe! Now I have it on my face!!! He whined "Well that was the point!". I eventually got off of him and we made our way back home. We hung out and then they all left leaving me and Mary alone. We hung out and talked about stuff until I got a text from a blocked number.
Meet me in the park in 10 minutes and bring Mary. We obey the text and go to the park. When we get there no one was around so we sat on the bench. Then a blindfold is put over my eyes and I tried to fight but they tie my hands together to. They cover my mouth and put me in a car. I was really tired from today so I took a nap. I wake up and it's pitch black. I'm suddenly untied and the blindfold was pulled off. When I opened my eyes I see Happy 14th Birthday MK and Mary written on a banner with all our friends their. "SURPRISE!!"They all scream. "OMG guys you didn't have to. But whoever's idea it was to tie us up is gonna get it. Then everyone looks at Justin. "Well since I'm a good person I'll give you a 5 second head start 1...2...3...4...5!" I chase after him and tackle him to the ground. I then go back inside and talk to everyone. We open presents then Hayes pulls me up to his room."Close your eyes" I do as he says and close them."Now open!" I open my eyes and she him holding a small black box. I open the box and it's a heart locket shaped like a heart. I open it and on one side see a picture of me kissing his cheek at our football game with our jerseys on and on the other side there was a picture of us holding hands on the beach with the sun setting in between us."Hayes! I love it!"I scream,he helps me put it on and I give him a kiss. We kept kissing and things got heated. I bit his lip which made him give out a loud groan. Once we stopped we walked downstairs and talked to our friends some more. Today was a holiday but we still had a game today. We eventually went home and I got ready. Hayes came and picked me up. "Good luck babe! Be careful they're a really tough team!" "Okay Hayes! I will" I peck his lips and walk on the field. After halftime we did one last play where I throw a pass to Justin run down the field and he passes it back so I make a touchdown. I grab the ball but before I could pass it I was slammed to the ground by a big guy and all I heard before everything went black was SNAP!!
**Hayes' POV**
I see MK get slammed by this huge dude and heard a loud snap but she didn't get up. I run over to her with tears already brimming my eyes "Coach she's down get the paramedics!"I scream they come on the field and take her away with Bella and Riley riding in the ambulance. I had to stay because I was the back up quarter back for the team. We ended up winning and after the game we rushed to the hospital. "Um I'm here to see MK Smith?" I ask they lady up front "Name?" "Hayes" "Ah, she was asking for you when she woke up" I walk in there and see a bright green cast on her arm and wires hooked up to her. I walk in and gave her a kiss on the head. "How you feelin boo?" I asked. She said eh and fell asleep.
**MK's POV**
I wake up in a white room and all I hear is beeps. I look over and see Riley and Bella looking at me with big eyes. I asked what happened and they told me I got creamed. I asked for Hayes but they said he had to stay and play in my place. He came in a few minutes later but I was to tired to hear what he said with one question burning a hole in me. What am I going to do about dance, cheer,and most importantly football??
