Chapter 17 The Boy Beat Down

(The one sitting up is me and the one upside down is Riley)
*MK's POV*
I'm sorta glad I told Hayes about me cutting in the past. Everyday now he checks my arms to see if there are any fresh cuts. We won our playoff game so now we have to go to Texas for the championship which is 4 weeks away and let me tell you we are working our butts off. When I get home from practice I have to change for dance because we have a competition in 2 weeks. I change into our practice uniform and head to dance. We have a whole new routine. One part of the dance I still can't get. I do a quadruple turn and leap out of it to do an aerial, the problem is when I do the aerial I can't land it. "Common MK! You got this" screams Bella during practice. Well here goes nothin I thought, I jump out of my 4th turn,do my middle leap (perfectly straight of course) and into my aerial. I try to stick my landing but once again after my feet touch the ground I fall on my butt. "UGH!!"I say frustrated "Okay that's enough practice for today, I'll see you guys same time tomorrow!" Bella says knowing I just need a break. I get up and ride home with Riley by my side. I run inside and jump on the couch. "Bad day at pra-"Mary started but Riley gave her the 'I really wouldn't mention it' look. I saw her get out her phone and text someone. The doorbell rings about 5 mins later and Riley gets it "She's in there" I hear her say. When she said that I put my face in the pillow then felt something heavy in top of me. "Okay whatever cow is on me, get off or I'll cook you for dinner!"I scream "Sorry babe, can't do that so I guess you'll just have to cook me" Hayes says "Sorry Hayes, I just had a bad practice" I said frowning. Hayes got off and flipped me over so I was on my back "Hey! Look at me" Hayes said lifting my chin up. "You will get it, I promise!" "Thanks Hayes!" I said giving him a hug. "Hey why don't I invite the guys over and we all hang out." He said getting out his phone. About 20 mins later all the guys get here and we hang out. When the sun sets, we start a bonfire out back and get on our phones. Me and Riley were looking through Twitter when we came across the worst thing..... Matt kissing another girl. "ESPINOSA YOU'RE DEAD!"we scream. As we jump to tackle Matt, Hayes pulls me back and Carter pulls Riley back. "LET ME GO! MATT WHEN HAYES LETS ME GO,YOU'RE GONNA SEE HEAVEN A LOT FASTER!!" I scream struggling. I eventually stop trying to get loose and just kinda hang there "Any other things you wanna tell us about?!" I scream still wrapped in Hayes's arms "Well.........I kinda kissed back" Matt says looking at the ground "THAT TEARS IT!" I escape from his grip and Riley does the same. We tackle him to the ground and start punching. We finally get down and blood is everywhere. "Uh guys? I think he needs to go to the hospital" Nash says shaking him. We call an ambulance and it gets here a few minutes later and they load him up. Cam and Nash go in the ambulance so we got in the car and drove there. "Name?" asked the last at the front desk "Matthew Espinosa" "Room 221" "Thank you". We walk up to the room and see Matt hooked up to a bunch of wires and looks pretty beat up. "Wh-What happened?"Matt asked waking up "We saw that pic of you kissing that girls so we kicked your ass!" I said clenching my fists. "Look it didn't mean anything to me! Please just forgive me! Please Ri!" Matt begged with tears starting to pour from his eyes "Okay! I forgive you!"Riley says running to him. They start making out and it was gross "GET SOME MATT!!" Taylor screams "GET A ROOM!" I scream. Riley ends up staying with Matt in the hospital because we broke his nose #sorrynotsorry lol JK. But I head home and the guys spend the night at my house. We watch movies and I eventually fall asleep cuddled to Hayes. Matt is lucky Hayes let held me back before,because he would've probably been in a coma.
