"guys.."

the tears I was holding, I miserably fail to control them as soon as I spot my three best friends approaching.

leaving the two, wonyoung runs to me, wrapping me in a tight hug.

"I missed you oh my god I missed you so much"

she breaks the hug for a second to look at my face then pulls me in her arms again.

"hey how have you been"

minhee smiles joining us on the hug.

"but you definitely look a lot better than that day, it's good to see"

hyeongjun says hugging us, snuggling against my shoulder.

we stay like that for quite some time before I break the silence,

"guys.. I'm really sorry for just, disappearing and ghosting you three like that.. it's just, I wasn't really feeling like myself.. I was afraid that I might mess things up between us as well, I had been living on the edge.. I didn't want to lose more bonds"

I sigh.

"hey hey it's alright, you're here now and you're doing better, that's good then that's all we want"

minhee pats my head in between the hug.

"you can take a break as long as you want, it's alright to feel like that, we trust you fia, we know that you won't leave us, you know us and our bond as well, it's not something that light and will break that easily!"

wonyoung sways me from side to side.

"but I do need to apologize I-"

"we weren't even worried about our friendship falling apart, we were worried about your health more than anything you idiot. now if you apologize once again, imma kill you"

hyeongjun says as he head-blocks me.

"FREE ME YOU JERK"

I try to free myself as I hit hyeongjun.

"you are about to break her neck"

wonyoung scolds hyeongjun as she pulls me away and locks arms with me, keeping me away from hyeongjun.

"eyy enough you kids come on let's go"

minhee drags us away.

"yes yes old man"

I laugh as I playfully hit his arm.

there's this arcade which is old and isn't really visited by many so that turned into one of our usual hangout place.

we often spend our time lazily there together, playing games or just fooling around. playing until the dusk and then sitting outside to watch the sunset together, these were an unspoken rule. today as well, was no exception.
