"you don't even have a official schedule today, today was supposed to be your break day so why are you practicing again?"
"I just want everything to be perfect, don't worry I'm not overworking! I know my limit"
I say with a smile, feeling his love and care.
"but still take it eas-"
taeyoung coughed for the 5th time in our 1 minute call which made me anxious.
"hey, you sure you alright? seems like you're low on your oxygen level"
worriedly, I asked.
"yeah I am alright! don't worry I think it's just normal flu, I've already taken medicine so I'll be alright"
"..if you say so but you should take rest, take a nap. don't forget to take your medicines and drink warm honey water, just take rest"
I was sad that I couldn't even do anything for him cause he had forbidden me from meeting him until he gets fully better, afraid that I might catch cold as well right when I have my solo debut just a few days later.
"I will I will, don't worry, the members are here for me I'll be alright. you should take care of yourself as well"
we talked for few more minutes before I hung up cause I wanted him to take rest.
I go back to practicing by myself but I can't concentrate at all. at last, I decide to call woobin.
"hey fia, what's up"
"ah hey ruby!"
I greet him and we talk about this and that, him congratulating me, things like that.
"uhm, hey ruby, so, how is taeyoung doing?"
"I think he just fell asleep a few minutes ago after taking medicine. you know him, he catches cold easily. he doesn't want to admit but I think he feels kinda feverish as well"
he says like a mom being worried about his sick son.
"I know you will do even if I don't say but please take care of him well, he won't let me visit him nor send something for him.. will you do one thing for me? that idiot won't tell me anything seriously saying I don't need to add more stress but not knowing about anything is making me more stressed !!"
I hear him chuckling as I whine.
"can you please keep me updated? it's a request from your sunbaenim"
"oh yes, alright sunbaenim~ don't worry, he'll be alright. good luck with your practice~ I'll keep you updated"
