as the comeback got nearer, I became busier.
usually I would feel worn out but this time, I was more than relieved and actually worked overtime purposely so that it would make me forget about all the things happening to me, about that monster.
"hey? ..are you alright? at this rate.. I'm afraid, I'm worried, you'll fall sick.. are you eating your meals properly? ..I.. miss you.. take care of yourself, I love you"
I play the voice message, tears filling my eyes.
it's been really, quite some time since I last saw taeyoung. for the past weeks, we barely chatted or talked on phone - all because of me, cause I disappeared once again.
"hey tae? ..I'm sorry.. I'm just-"
I was about to send him a quick voice message but soon stopped,
I don't wanna make any excuse, I don't wanna lie to him.
"how are you? I miss you so much, just give me some time? I'll come to you, soon, I love you"
and I felt bad, I just needed some time to pull myself together and just still it's me - running away when things get hard.
"you're done for today, should I drop you home?"
manager-nim asks me as I check the time.
8:37 pm.
"no it's alright, I'm not going back to the dorm"
I reply as I pack my things.
"then you can just say so, come on I'll drop you at his dorm"
manager-nim chuckled making me smile.

"look who it is oh my god"
woobin exclaimed as he opened the door for me.
"ruby! it's been so loooong, how have you been"
I break into a smile as he offers me a hug.
"I'm just me, living fine but what about you oh my god you lost so much weight?? are you even eating???"
concerned, he quietly says.
"as you can see, I'm still alive and breathing!"
I laugh as I say, trying to assure him but that worried look doesn't go away from his face.
