CHAPTER 9

Lincoln was walking towards the direction of the site director's office before coming across a guard

Guard: you going to see the director?

Lincoln: ya, why?

Guard: he stepped out.

Lincoln: that's a bit of a shock.

Guard: he left a task for you.

Lincoln: he did?

Guard: follow me.

Lincoln: okay.

Lincoln followed the guard to the opposite direction.

The director was sitted in his office with a bit of a worried look on his face.

(Time Skip)

Lincoln returned home and was laying face down on the couch not noticing his sisters

Lori: hey Lincoln.

Lincoln: what'd I do now? Said tired

Luan: you didn't do anything.

Luna: we just wanted to talk bro.

Lincoln: about?

Lori: a lot as happened this past couple of days and we haven't really been the best sister's towards you but we...we wanted to apologize for everything.

They all apolozide expect for Lynn who wasn't there but Lincoln report he just keeped his face down.

Luan: you okay linc?

Lana: why are you so quiet all of a sudden?

They were all a bit worried before there noticed he was asleep.

Luan: his asleep

Lola: those that mean he didn't hear us.

Leni: I think his tired.

Luan: who wouldn't be from working in a place like that.

Lori: let's come back when his awake

(Time skip)

The loud sister's had all gotten ready for school about to leave

Luna: where's Lincoln?

They all noticed that Lincoln wasn't among them before he walked down stairs

Lana: why aren't you ready for school?

Lincoln: I'm not going I have some paperwork to submit.

Lola: I guess we'll see you after school.

Lincoln: hopefully.

(Time skip)

Lincoln and the director where walking through the park

Lincoln: no offense sir but why'd you want to come to the park?

Director: you've been working a lot lately and I thought you might need a break off from work

Lincoln: a break?

Director: there's a lot you need to understand, life is all about the small moments and when you're old you think about the little moments.

Lincoln: I see

Director: do you?

Lincoln: I guess but-

Lincoln was cutoff by a voice calling his name he looked to see Lori and here friends up ahead.

Lincoln: funny seeing you guys here.

Becky: we could say the same thing, so what brings you here white russian?

Lincoln: just taking a break.

Carol: who's this?

Lincoln: my boss.

Girls: boss?

Lincoln: ya girls the director, director my sister's friends

Dana: you have a job?

Lincoln: ya

Becky: that's really mature.

Lincoln: thanks.

Director: I think i  need to take my leave Lincoln.

Lincoln: I'll see you tomorrow then.

Director: why don't you take the day off tomorrow.

Lincoln: really, are you sure?

Director: the little moments remember that.

Lincoln: I remember.

Director: you're going to big places Lincoln, you're really going places.

With those words the director was gone leaveing Lincoln and the girls

Dana: your boss is kinda werid Lincoln.

Becky: he seemed kinda nice.

Carol: so Lincoln do you want to hang out with us?
