"So, how is he?" Felix asked, moving his feet back as Seonghwa closed the door behind him.

"His body is in shock." The black haired man spoke and looked at Chan, that was beside Felix.

"He's already awake. Try to make him eat and keep him warm too." He said in a serious tone and began walking downstairs, along with Felix and Chan.

"Thank you, give my greetings to Wooyoung." Seonghwa nodded in a gentle smile and stepped out of the palace with Hongjoong.

"What are you going to do with him?" Changbin suddenly asked, making the leader turn around to face him.

"Do you want me to throw him out sick?" Chan rolled his eyes and began walking through the aisle that led him to a living room.

"N-No, I mea-"

"I think we should keep him." As Chan and Changbin entered the room, Yeosang spoke.

"Why did you change your mind?" Mingi asked, raising an eyebrow and looking directly at him.

"Well... if we want to kill the king might as well use him for that." He replied, leaning on the couch he was sitting and crossing his legs.

"We should train him or he'll be the death of us." Changbin spoke behind Chan.

"You'll be the first to train him." The leader spoke, making Changbin open his eyes.

"N-No, w-wait I-" As he tried to speak up, Chan was already gone of the room which made him groan and cross his arms.

"You're just like a little kid, how adorable." Felix, that was passing by, mocked Changbin followed by a loud chuckle making the older roll his eyes.

Meanwhile, the leader headed upstairs to check on the prince. He entered the room and was greeted by Jisung, that was sitting on the edge of the bed with a glass of water in hand and Hyunjin awake.

"Oh, Chan." The squirrel like boy spoke with a gentle smile and the older slowly walked towards the bed, seeing the prince sitting on it and as he lowered his head, Chan couldn't fully see his face because of a few strings of his dark hair falling down.

"Go on, drink it, Jin." Jisung asked Hyunjin with the softest voice possible, handing the glass of water to his hand.

Chan was a bit relieved when the raven haired boy began drinking the water, not only because he was healing but also because he could take a small look at his face.

When the prince finished drinking it, he gave the glass to Jisung in a weak smile and glared at Chan, as he tangled a few strings of hair in his fingers and placed it behind his ear, which made the leader see him clearly.

His face was gaining some color which strangely made Chan even more relieved.

"Thank you." Suddenly, Hyunjin's faint voice was heard and the leader kept his eyes on him, without answering.

"Thank you for saving me, again." The younger spoke, lowering his head and grabbing the bowl of soup that Jisung had in his hands.

Although the younger already had thanked him a few times, this time it had quite an impact on the leader, but he brushed it off.

He raised his head and moved his hands behind his back, watching the boy. "Next time, I won't save you." As he growled those words, he began walking towards the door.
