Chapter 17

That's pretty much it. That's how we got the Bully Resort to be an extra curricular. Oh, maybe I should fill you in!
After we had to explain our selves to Mr.Brands, we got sent to off campus suspension for four days. My mom was on my way to pick me up when Dustin got my attention.
"Cassie, Dylan needs to tell you something in the music room." Dustin said grabbing my arm. "Can't, my mom's coming to pick me up." "Just c'mon!" He yelled grabbing my arm and leading me to the music room.
"Dylan? What are you all doing in here?" I asked. "We all got sent home." "That may be true, but before you leave there's something I've been meaning to tell you." Dylan stated and the rest of the resort members smiled. "What?" I asked naively. They began to play instruments. "Cassie, you've opened up a new world to me. A whole other side of the school. You've given me a confidence I've never dreamed that I could possess and I definitely didn't get there on my own." He chuckled. "You've opened up my shell and I noticed a beautiful, bright person. Her name is Cassie James and I think started to fall in with love that person." He blushed. I couldn't grab a hold of what was happening and he got them all to play Count on Me by Bruno Mars.
At the end of the song he held my hand and said "You've given all of us dogs a bark." And the next part replayed in my mind over and over again.
The kiss.
He kissed me!
I had to tell him I didn't feel the same way and that we could remain friends. My mom was disappointed as she really likes Dylan! But I couldn't do that to him, he was worth more.

The guidance councilor really liked what we did and convinced principle Brands to cut our suspension short. We are now the council of the official Bully Resort. We've helped so many kids and as for "the girls", I haven't heard much of them. One thing that was odd was Sophia joined our club! She said that Mary-Lynn could be quite the bully!
As for Hannah, I visited her after school let out. She even thought Dustin was kind of cute. Will I ever forget her? Of course not, in a way she's apart of the Bully Resort as well. I wouldn't have made it through the year without her help.

That's how everything came to be. Don't be afraid to call me Lassie because like Lassie, all dogs bite.
