I can't believe I'm already on chapter 10, thank you so much for the support, I'm so thankful :)

Y/N's POV

When Camilo had hugged me, my cheeks turned their usual red colour from whenever I was around him and my heart was pounding into my chest. The hug was too short lived after he said his fair wells and walked away. I stood for a few seconds, watching him walk away with butterflies flying around my stomach. My feet turned to walk inside the house, probably deciding that it would be a better idea than watching him walk away and deal with the embarrassment of him turning around and me still standing there.

I stepped inside and took off my shoes before walking over the dining table to see who was sat there. Andres and Luis were having a cup of tea and conversing between one another, once they spotted me walk in, their conversation stopped along with them both waving at me.

"How was the sleepover?" Luis asked, sipping on his tea.

"It was really fun, all the kids joined in and we built this pillow fort then played some games," I started to ramble, "we played truth or dare and never have I ever, ate a ton of junk food, Isabela is really wild when she wants to be," I giggled.

"That's good that you had a great time, Amira was heartbroken having to leave Antonio while you got to stay there, she's throwing a hissy fit right now," Luis rolled his eyes with a scowl on his face. I knew he'd be tired today cause Amira can be a brat when she wants to, especially when throwing a tantrum. I pulled out a chair next to Andres and gave Luis a pity look.

"Wait where's Marco?" I asked, it's often strange when the twins aren't together as they are honestly inseparable.

"Marco's got his eyes on someone in the village, so he's tryna spend more time with them before asking them out on a date," Andres said while wiggling his eyebrows before doing mocking kissing faces. An apple came flying at his face a second later by Luis trying to control his behaviour.

"Omg who?" I exclaimed wanting to know about all the drama with this family.

"So the boy's name is Diego, he shorter than us by quite a bit actually, probably around 5.4 , he's got black hair and brown eyes," Andres stated. It seemed that was a bit of an opposite in visuals compared to Marco, who had green eyes and brown hair with small streaks of ginger running through. I nodded becoming excited at the fact that one of us will start dating somebody.

"Aww that's so cute," I squealed and Andres nodded at me with a grin, silently agreeing. Marco's lazy boyfriend was a dickhead, the whole family hated him and he ended up cheating on Marco, it was nice to know that Marco was still willing to try and trust somebody.

"Well what about you and Camilo?" Questioned Luis,  I faced him with widened eyes and he raised his eyebrow.

"What do you mean? There's nothing going on between us," I said firmly, I didn't want anybody to know that I might be having a crush on him.

"Just asking, when Félix came over yesterday to drop off Amira, he was saying how cute you two looked together, it reminded him of the days he was falling for Pepa," Luis chuckled, he has known Y/N long enough to know when she is lying.

"There's nothing going on alright, he just likes to tease me is all," I stated and Luis put his hands up.

"I was just asking," he said innocently but when I went to turn around, I spotted him and Andres giving each other a knowing look.

"There's going to be a party at the Madrigals tomorrow for Isabela's birthday, if you want, I can go and buy a gift from the market place," I offered, knowing that they won't have any idea what to buy for a girl like Isabela. Luis nodded and headed towards the back door with Andres following behind.

"Yeah I'll give you some money, nothing too expensive, okay? I still need to find a job so we aren't relying too much on Mami and Papi." We heard the sound of floorboards creaking from the stairs and then Amira came downstairs and ran over to Luis, "Me, Amira and Andres are going out to the next town along just to get some things that we need for the house, I couldn't find what I needed here in the town."

"Ok that's fine, I'll see you later then," I waved at them as they headed out with a litter of byes following. I looked at the table and realised they had left their plates and cups out, I groaned and washed them up, cleaning the kitchen at the same time. I tried to make myself more useful and decided to do the washing and hang it up outside. I enjoyed our new garden, there was a slight stream running through the back of the garden, next to it stood a little patch of vegetables, meaning we wouldn't have to spend money buying them at the market. By the edges of the garden were pots and sections of brightly coloured flowers, tulips and roses of many different colours.

Once I had finished hanging up all the wet clothes, I walked back into the kitchen to get a small carrier bag ready for the gift I'm going to buy. I locked up the front door, then strolled along the similar path to the town centre. Each stall had a mixture of different gifts I thought would be nice for Isabela but I wanted something perfect for her. I steered clear from anything flower based with it seeming pointless for somebody who can grow flowers.

It had been about an hour since I started looking for a present and I still hadn't found the right thing, I decided to buy something to eat. As I'm paying for my sliced up mango, I spot out of the corner of my eye, Marco with a smaller boy, who I'm guessing was his new crush. I wandered over and inspected the boy before I reached them. The boy had a cute aspect to his face, his chubby cheeks seemingly very squish-able with many freckles around his face.

"Hi Marco!" I yelled at them and they both looked over to me and Marco waved.

"Y/N, what are you doing here?" He asked, not having expected me to be here, I noticed that he had his hand on Diego's back.

"I'm buying Isabela's present for her party in a couple days, who's this?" I asked, pointing at Diego, clearly knowing who he was but wanting to hear it from Marco.

"This is Diego, I met him when we went for that tour with the Madrigals," Marco said with the teeniest blush coming on his face.

"Hi it's nice to meet you Y/N," Diego said with a cute gummy smile.

"You too," I smiled back, however while I turned away from Marco, he stole a couple pieces of my mango and shoved them into his mouth.

"HEY!" I yell, "that's mine, I just paid for it."

"Tough luck," he said before shoving the last piece of mango into Diego's mouth. Marco then grabbed Diego's wrist and pulled him away, waving at me with his back turned. I rolled my eyes at his toddler like behaviour then carried on eating my mango and walking around.

It had been a couple minutes before I finally laid my eyes on a gorgeous gold necklace, it had a crystal in the middle with blends of blue and purple and a hint of orange round the outskirts. It felt like it was calling me, I went up to the person behind the stand and purchased it. It was quite expensive but it was worth it because I knew she'd like it, even after only having properly talked to her during the sleepover, it suit her colour scheme.

I didn't see any of the Madrigals in town so I assumed they were trying to get a head start on decorating the Casita. I stayed out for a little longer, people watching on the bench me and Camilo had sat on after our tour. A calm feeling flooded through me as I watched the sun begin to set, the blue fading into orange and yellow and the sun disappearing behind the mountain tops.

I walked back home and made enough dinner for everybody when they decided to come back home. I went back up to my room and read until my eyes began to drift close. I put my book to the side and fell in to a deep sleep.

This chapters quite short just because it's a filler before the party and there's nothing significant happening. :) 1501 words.
