Y/N's POV

It had soon reached 12pm and I knew I would have to start heading home soon or else Luis would be worried, at least I didn't have anything to collect this time. I'm running up to Mirabel's room to get changed out of Camilo's clothes so I don't have to bother giving it to him another time and get dressed into my clothes from the party. As I was walking up the stairs I noticed Isabela, Dolores and Luisa talking to Camilo, well 'talking', it looked they were yelling and scolding him and giggled at them.

Once I had finished getting changed, I strolled down the stairs to see her waiting around at the entrance, fiddling with a bit of the growing ivy. Once she saw me she smiled and ran up to hug me.

"Bye Y/N, I'll see you soon ok," Mirabel said and pushed her glass up her nose. I left the house and waved at Mirabel and then Pepa who appeared behind her waving ecstatically. She reminded me of my aunt which made me smile and then I turned around and carried on down the path. I was lost in thought, looking at a bird building their nest and wandering what it was thinking. I made a mental note to ask Antonio for any beef or drama that's happening with the animals.

I was so lost in thought that I didn't hear the running steps pounding towards me and was only taken out of them when a body crashed into me, knocking me to the floor. Groaning, I opened my eyes, I was lying on the ground on my stomach feeling a weight stopping me from standing. I looked over my shoulder to see the mysterious wrecking ball and it was none other than Camilo Madrigal, the one and only.

"Omg.... Y/N I'm.... So sorry," Camilo panted like a dog, he pushed himself off of me and stayed sitting on the floor trying to catch his breath. I realised that he must have ran all that way to try and catch me up and I sat across from him and watched his breathing become normal again. A stinging pain suddenly grew from my knees and I lifted up my skirt slightly to see them grazed and cut from the sharp stones I must have fallen on.

"Are you alright?" Camilo asked before dishing into his pocket and pulling out an arepa that had been covered in tissue, "I didn't mean to fall onto you, I just couldn't stop running. Here have some, I always carry some of Tia Julieta's food with me in case of emergencies."

I took it from his hand and bit some of it off, my wound had instantly started to heal before it looked like nothing had even happened. Camilo had gotten up while I was watching my wound heal, he reached out and pulled me up by the hand.

"It's alright, thank you for the arepa," I smiled and then just stared at him for a second, waiting for the reason why he did actually run after me. Yet it never came, all I was given was a blank look before I decided it would just be best to ask, "So why did you run after me?"

"Oh right, I uhhh.... wanted to walk you home," he muttered shyly and scratched the back of his head, I began to giggle at how shy he was.

"I mean I'm quite close to home but sure you can walk me," I stated before walking off and leaving him to catch up with me. It suddenly felt like we were playing 21 questions except I didn't get to ask any. He was asking me about my favourite food, what type of chocolate I liked, what my favourite colour was.

"It feels like I'm being interrogated here," I joked at him and he blushes slightly at what he realises he had been doing.

"I just wanna get to know you a bit better," he mumbled and I sniggered a bit. He carried on asking me constant questions until we finally got to my front door.

"I've still never seen the inside of your house yet," Cami stated while looking at its yellow exterior.

"Well, we haven't even been here for that long so no wonder, I'll probably have a slumber party with you and the others then so you can see what my house is like inside," I said, thinking about playing just dance or twister together.
