Just a short time after Akira flew away, Satan returned to the same spot where Akira was sitting. He was obviously just a little late, having missed him by such a short time. As a first reaction, Satan looked around, but couldn't really see anything. A lot was going through his head at this moment.

Should he now wait there for Akira to return? Will he come back at all? Should he be looking for Akira? And if so, where should he start? To him it seemed like everything could be a bad decision. Maybe going apart again, wasn't the best idea after all. But Satan had left with one goal, to give Akira some space. Later, however, the Fallen Angel's plan changed, and not just once.

From one moment to the next he wanted to leave him alone, not return.

The next moment Satan thought to turn around and apologize. As if he had done something wrong. And so forth.

In the end, he just decided to give Akira a little more time, actually just like his original plan.

At the same time, Akira was wandering back and forth trying to find Satan. He had no idea that Satan was just where he had been before.

Where to now? Where should he be looking now? What if Satan knows that he is looking for him and therefore always stays at a distance? Will they meet again?

Akira looked around for a while. Satan on the other hand was already on his way to look for Akira.

It seemed like they always passed each other.

Until Akira finally gave up and once again sank to the ground. But Satan didn't seem to give up so easily and continued searching in desperation.

When Akira sat there and was only thinking about all the memories with Ryo, he also thinks he heard something. A quiet voice.

"Oh, there you are, Akira."

Akira hastily turned around and noticed Satan behind him, slowly creeping up to him.

"Ryo!"

Shouted Akira to Satan, when Satan suddenly stopped again. Akira had called him 'Ryo' again.

"So you came back after all?"

Akira asked. He seemed happy about it, though, despite asking so cheekily.

"Yes, seems so."

Answered Satan back with a small smile.

"And what now?"

Satan now asked.

"Hmm. I don't know. I don't know what's coming and what's going to happen next. Therefore I know exactly what was and how it was. What I also know is that it will never be the same again, right? Or do you think there is someone who can do it all again the way it was?"

Akira said with a not quite genuine smile on his face.

"Hm."

Satan seemed to think. Maybe he had an idea.

"That's fine. Oh yeah, I'm sorry."

Akira minimized what he had just said and then apologized.

Unexpectedly, Satan rushed at Akira, who, out of sheer instinct, moved back a bit. But Satan didn't intend to attack Akira, quite the opposite, he rushed at Akira and hugged him.

"You do not have to apologize."

Said Satan. Although this apology eventually led to Satan's drastic decision. Although they might have kept their distance, Akira would not have apologized.

"Coming to think of it, maybe there's a way things can go back to how they where."

Satan continued after a while. But no answer from Akira. He just sat there with Satan in his arms and thought about something again. His thoughts were finally interrupted again by Satan, who broke away from the hug and looked into Akira's eyes.

"Hey Akira. Are you still here? What do you think about it? Do you want to hear my idea?"

Satan asked one question after another. Akira looked at him for a long time. He wasn't even thinking about anything, he just looked back.

"But..."

Finally he was talking.

"But what? Is something?"

Satan became curious but at the same time he was surprised by the fact that there seemed to be a 'but'.

Akira took his time before he continued talking.

"...you wanted to wipe out the earth and humanity, why would you want to bring them back now?"
