"Ryo"

The way Akira said that particular name was enough to make Satan's face heat up even more. He felt a warm feeling growing inside him that was slowly taking over his whole body. Feeling his heart pulsating and getting faster at any moment. He would have given a little too much to feel more of that touch, but as soon as he realized that this thought was taking over his mind he felt wrong and slowly pushed himself away from the hug.

To Akira's surprise he felt a bit cold after the blond creature had softly let go of him. Even though he couldn't admit it to himself, he wanted this hug to last longer.

As for Satan, it felt more like torture, not being able to, be closer, do more. This immediately lent to him shaking his head in denial of this thought. He just couldn't imagine thinking something like this of Akira.

As the silence went on both of them were somewhere sunk deep in their thoughts not even looking at each other. Even if the black creature had something to say and the creature in front of him a lot to think of, they just kept the silence up.

The fallen angels heart beat just didn't seem to calm down. He couldn't help it, turning up his head just a little, so he can peak at Akira. Of course the male noticed it and faced him with a sight excitement and broke the, at this point unbearable, stillness with an unsure voice.

"Uh..."

It didn't just seem like he wanted to say something. In fact, it wasn't just one thing he wanted to say. There was so much more in his brain, then just recently he had uncovered this new view of Satan and one by one he began realizing things, even if very slowly and unclearly. He was determined to find out more about it, for instance, how did Satan change this way and what is it that changed him. Not only was he after this questions, but also after his own concerns, than slightly he began understanding there was something different in him as well. As for the blond creature, Akira could feel a certain something growing inside of him, something new that seemed to be a feeling comparable to does few others he never admitted having, hiding them well until not even he knew they existed. Still the black creature had no idea how to go about this, nor did the creature in front of him.

Some time had passed since Akira's saying. It was pretty quiet again and the blond creature decided to peak once again. As he raised his head to look up his heartbeat raised once more, in excitement to look at the person in front. To his surprise the other creature was looking directly at him, probably just waiting for Satan's curiosity to overcome his awkwardness, which obviously just had happened.

"Hey, I..."

Akira spoke up again, attempting to start a conversation. Though, the blond creature didn't seem like he was ready to start one. But Akira wasn't about to give up and continue this quietness, so he spoke up once again.

"I know this was- Uhm... you know, but could you please not ignore me?"

Even if his voice fainted unconfidently towards the end. Satan never meant to ignore him, but at this point he did realize how long they have stayed in silence by now. So finally, after a long wait for his heart and body to at least calm down a little, he decided to open his mouth and actually say something.

"Oh, sorry. I didn't mean it like that..."

He murmured softly still not looking at Akira. The black creature then presided to move closer to him, because of the way he had been keeping in a distance the last, days?, he just wanted to provide comfort for his childhood best friend, for the creature he had previously kissed. Though it didn't seem like Satan had noticed him coming closer, only after he felt his touch on his shoulder and his breath in his neck, he realized how close Akira was once again to him. And so did his body. Even though the other creatures intentions were only purely minded, a certain thought occurred in his mind once more, with that the warm feeling was back spreading thorough his whole body again.

"Could- you please give me some space?"

The fallen angel stuttered slightly. Akira did as he was told of course. But while he was moving away he began talking again.

"I'm sorry. Just wanted to help, you looked pretty down."

He didn't know what was going throw Satan's mind. He just wanted to help, make up for the times he either said he wanted to kill him or actually was about to, even if some of them he didn't really regret.

"It's fine- I am good thanks."

That was about everything the blond creature could say.

"But you don't seem fine. You're acting really weird. All does up and downs, you wanting to get near me, and now you're not even looking me in the eye"

Akira was indeed a bit angry. After the whole silence and waiting for at least a little conversation, showed him that there was not much to wait for. There wasn't anything big happening, just stillness and stars in the sky, some rocks and something that gave of the illusion of water, some crumbs and larger rocks left from what used to be earth, otherwise there seemed to be nothing else around, no one else. Now it only appeared dumb for him to not start talking. He kept up a bit of anger in his voice and spoke up anew.

"Look, there is nothing. I... I just don't get it"

Now the fallen angel felt an overwhelming trigger to talk, to say something that was hunting his mind for a long time even before he did what he did.

"Yeah, there is nothing... But because of you I realized, I didn't want it to be nothing. I wanted you to be here. Because of you I hated the nothing, because of your company from when we were kids to the day of your death. I didn't want it to be nothing, especially when you died it felt so wrong, so still, so hurtful. Why else do you think I wanted you to be a demon. I wanted to have you by my side..."

This statement surprised the other creature. This outburst was the last thing he was expecting and seeing a teardrop falling down his cheek slightly, it surprised him a lot. He caught up on the thought that Satan had planned every thing in great detail, but now he also realized how much his plan had failed as well.

Akira decided to get close one more time, petting him on his back. For the moment he had forgotten about how much his actions had hurt him. He was just there, swiping the tear of his cheek. That gentle touch made Satan unconsciously crave more, as he put his hand over Akira's, stroking it slightly. And to the black creatures surprise, he wasn't being pushed away.

"It truly is lonely here."

Those few words coming out of Akira's mouth, showing sympathy for Satan. Acknowledging him.
