You sighed in boredom as you put video tapes back into their original spots on the shelves. You worked at Max's World to make money for rent for the apartment you owned. After weeks of trying and failing at trying to get a job, Max was kind enough to offer you one. While the job definitely payed the money for rent, it wasn't the funnest of jobs. You were wearing your normal white button up shirt,
jeans,
and converse.
Almost every night and day it was either a customer buying a video tape or you restocking tapes. The bright side to working there is that you at least had money to pay so you wouldn't end up on the streets. The sound of motorcycles caught your attention. You put the last video tape on the correct shelf and went behind the counter to help the customer or customers out. You grabbed a pen that sat on the counter, ready to write down the exact video tape that the customer wanted. When you looked up, you saw the same four boys that almost always came into the store. They seemed to be part of the same gang. Long hair, leather jackets and one ear pierced. The one that always caught your eye was the blonde one. The one that wore a mesh shirt under the leather jacket. He always had this sort of fun and exciting energy about him. Max frowned as he looked up and saw the boys.
"I thought I told you to never come in here again." Max said. His voice was cold and unwelcoming, the complete opposite to how he normally greeted customers. The platinum blonde male chuckled.
"Relax, Max," He said. "We're not here to cause any trouble." He said. The frown never left Max's face. His eyes lingered on the boys like a hawk, watching their every move. You sighed and clicked the bottom on the pen on the counter in boredom. You still had an hour left before your shift was over.
"Well, well, what do we have here?" A voice questioned. You looked up and saw the blonde male standing in front of you, leaning against the counter. The male smirked. "Well aren't you a sight for sore eyes." He said. He had a sort of California drawl to his voice. He must have been a native to Santa Carla. You raised you eyebrow at him, clearly not impressed. He smirked. "Did it hurt when you fell from Heaven?" He asked. You smirked and clicked your tongue, shaking your head.
"Sorry, that isn't going to work on me. It's been said to me too many times for me to be affected by it." You said. The male chuckled and looked down at the counter and then back up at you.
"Okay, how about this one," he cleared his throat. "Can I tie your shoelaces? Cause I don't want you fallin' for anyone else." He said, smirking. You sighed in disappointment.
"Again, heard it before." You said. The male chuckled in disbelief. You looked down at a list of video tapes that you still had to put away.
"Okay, okay," you glanced up at the male, holding back a smile. "I'm sure you haven't heard this one before," he said. You looked at him expectantly. "You remind me of my pinky toe," he said. You arched your eyebrow.
"I...what?" You asked, baffled. The male waved his hands.
"Wait, wait, I haven't finished yet!" He said. "You remind me of my pinky toe. You're cute and I wanna bang you on the coffee table." He said. You were speechless. You chuckled and blushed, looking down. You nodded your head and looked up at him.
"I..must admit. That was pretty good. I hadn't heard that one before until today." You said. The male cheered and fist pumped the air, making you laugh. You held out your hand.
"I'm [Y/N]." You introduced. The male took your hand and kissed the back of it, making you blush slightly. He was about to tell you his name when Max beat him to it,
"Paul, don't flirt with my employees. [Y/N], you still have work to do." Max said sternly. Paul rolled his eyes. He then looked at you and smirked.
"I'll see ya around, [Y/N]." He said. He then walked out with the other boys, the curly blonde haired boy clapped Paul on the shoulder, the two playing around for a bit before the climbed on their motorcycles and rode away. You looked down at the list. Your cheeks were bright red. You hoped that you would get to see Paul again sometime. He seemed really interesting.

//I wanted to do this one as gender neutral. I looked up outfits that were unisex, and that's the best that I could come up with. If anyone has any suggestions on how I could possibly improve with this, please let me know, I'm open to suggestions.//

HorrorJust as the title says. This is based on the 1987(?) movie. I've seen a lot of Lost Boys preferences and wanted to give it a try for myself.
