The two of you were sitting in the cave, sitting on the couch. The boys had gone to get something to eat, leaving the two of you alone. She was resting her head on your shoulder, your arm resting around her shoulders.
"I've really enjoyed the time we've spent together." She whispered. You smiled and nodded.
"I have to." You said. Star sighed and sat up.
"There's something I need to tell you." She said, looking at you. You looked at her.
"What?" You asked. Star gave a shaky sigh.
"Um," She started fiddling with her hands. You frowned and took one of her hands.
"Hey, whatever you know you can tell me anything." You said. Star smiled at you and nodded.
"I'll, I'll just say this," she said. "If David tries to get you to drink from the bottle of wine, don't. It's not what you think it is." She said. You cocked an eyebrow at her.
"Okay?" You said, uncertain about why she would tell you that. She looked at you again.
"And, I, I was wondering," she sighed again. "This might impact our friendship, but I was, wondering if, you would be my girlfriend." She said quietly. You stared at her in slight shock. You hadn't expected this. You didn't think that she would be the first to ask you. You smiled at her.
"Yes." You said. Star looked at you in shock. You smiled. "I would love to be your girlfriend, Star." You said. Star gave a chuckle of relief.
"I'm glad." She said. In a burst of confidence, you gently cupped the back of her head and pressed your lips to her's.
