"Aunt Lucy, I'm going out to the boardwalk, is that okay?" You called as you walked down the steps from your room. Lucy looked up from where she was having dinner with Michael, Sam and Grandpa. Lucy looked at you in surprise.
"Oh, um, sure dear. Are you sure you're going to be okay with the outfit that you're wearing?" She asked. You looked down at your outfit. You were wearing a black tank top crop top,
rainbow shorts, symbolizing pride,
and some black high heeled combat boots.
Your aunt worried for you sometimes. She thought that the outfits you wore would welcome some unwanted attention from the community around you. However, you were proud to be lesbian and weren't afraid to show it. You smiled at you aunt's worry. You knew how to handle yourself. You walked over and kissed your aunt's cheek.
"Thanks, Aunt Lucy, I'll be fine," you looked at your cousin. "Hey, is it cool with you if I take your bike, Michael? Thanks, bye." You said, walking out of the house before Michael could protest. You got onto the bike and started it up. You had a motorcycle of your own when you lived back in [H/T].
You rode into town, parking Michael's bike next to some familiar looking motorcycles. You smiled slightly, happy that you might get to see Star again. She was extremely pretty and you wanted a chance to get to know her, more than you did the last time you saw her. You turned off the bike and got off, making sure to hit the stand so that the bike sat up straight. You made your way through the board walk, not having any particular destination in mind. You bought some cotton candy and continued on, walking through the tourist attraction that was the boardwalk. It was then that you heard it. The words that you always heard when you were in [H/T].
"Go back to where you belong, freak!"
"Your kind isn't welcome here!"
It always hurt to some extent. The fact that you weren't seen as even a human being, just because you were attracted to the same gender. You learned to block those comments out. You still had family that loved and supported you and saw you as a human being. The slurs against you kept coming. It was then that a familiar voice rang out.
"Why don't you pick on someone your own size!" The voice shouted. You turned around and saw Star. She stood there, the same group of bikers behind her. The same as when you first saw her. One of the people who were shouting at you scoffed.
"And what are you gonna do about it, girly?" The person teased. Star glared at them. The platinum blonde also glared at the person and revved his engine in a show of power. The person flinched, obviously intimidated by the four biker males. As the people left, Star walked up to you, a kind smile on her beautiful face.
"Are you alright?" She asked. You smiled at her.
"I could have handled them on my own, you know. But thanks." You said. Star smiled.
"Well, we girls have to stick together, don't we?" She asked. You looked at her in surprise.
"A-are you, I mean," you stuttered. You didn't want to make her uncomfortable by assuming something that she probably wasn't. Star smiled.
"Yeah. I'm lesbian." She said. You smiled. Star smiled and nodded her head towards the bikes. "Why don't you come back to our hideout with us? Come live a little." She said. You shrugged and took her stretched out hand. Your aunt hadn't set a curfew for you. You mounted Michael's bike. What's the worst that could happen?

The Lost Boys Preferences
HorrorJust as the title says. This is based on the 1987(?) movie. I've seen a lot of Lost Boys preferences and wanted to give it a try for myself.
