If you couldn't tell I was recently listening to Olivia Rodrigo

MC Ages:
Félix: 23
Pepa: 22

Pepa sat next to her fiancé. They were in the middle of town on a bench, just talking.

Félix wrapped his arm around her.

Pepa could hear him talking but not registering what he was saying.

A cloud formed over her head, though she didn't notice.

She was watching the girls walk by.

Why did he choose me? Is it just because I'm a Madrigal and Julieta already has a boyfriend? Does he actually like me? What if he's disappointed that he chose me and not someone else?

The cloud soon turned to a full fledge thunderstorm above her head.

"What's wrong, mi corazón?" He asked, turning his head to face her

Pepa didn't notice what he'd said.

What if I'm not pretty enough? What if he hates my gift? Do his parents like me? Would he have rather married her?

"Pepa?"
"Pepa!"
"PEPA!" He yelled

"What?" She smiled

"What's wrong?"

"Noth-"

"You're thundering."

"It's nothing important,"

"Clearly," he paused pointing at the cloud,

"It's not!" Pepa said

"Was it something I said?"

"What! No! You're perfect." She smiled

"Well then what happened in the last 5 minutes that caused you to become upset?"

"Do you love me?"

"Yes?" Félix said, confused

"You say that, but do you actually mean it?"

"Yes I mean it! I love you Pepa Madrigal!"

"But would you rather have married," she paused looking for a girl, "her?" She said pointing.

"No," he said

"What about Julieta? If she was single, would you have chosen her?"

"Of course not, mi vida,"

"And you're not just marrying me because I'm a Madrigal?"

"No Pepa."

"You mean it?"

"Yes."

"But she's so pretty and she's perfect and then there's me." Pepa said, pointing at a young woman walking by.

Félix moved her hand and kissed her.

"You're perfect, bonita ."

"You mean it?"

"Of course I mean it."

"Good."

The cloud disappeared.

"I didn't know you could get so jealous." Félix laughed

"I did." Pepa giggled

The two sat on the park bench for several more minutes before they went back to casita.

Sorry this is so short, I have to go to my cousins birthday party and I wanted to write something short.
