Dolores was startled when she saw her brother in her room.

"Toñito?" She said

"Can I sleep with you?" The 6 year old asked

"Of course. Is it because of Camilo?" She asked

The boy nodded.

He crawled in the bed with his sister and they snuggled together, falling asleep.

Dolores was even more startled when she saw Camilo in her dream.

She nearly screamed before she started crying.

Camilo hugged her.

"I'm so sorry, it's all my fault you're dead!" She sobbed out

"No it's not, he gave me a choice and I chose your life."

"Well you should've chosen the other choice."

"No way id choose to live and let you die, that's just selfish."

"Well it would've me feel better." Dolores said

"I would'nt've been able to live with myself.

"I just feel so terrible that máma yelled at us in the first place because of me-"

Camilo cut her off, "but it was my idea to go for a walk."

"I just miss you so much, Cam, and it's all my fault you're dead."

"Dolores, how many times must I tell you? It's not your fault!"

"Yes it is!"

"No it isn't! I had a choice, I chose to die and save you!"

"It's just not fair, you had so much more life to live!"

"And you don't?"

"Not as much as you!"

"Dolores, it's a 2 year difference."

Dolores hugged her brother again.

"But what about Toñito? I couldn't save you, so how am I supposed to keep him safe?"

"Antonio's a better kid than I was, not to mention he can talk to animals so he should be good."

"You were a good kid too, Camilo."

"Debatable." The teen shrugged

"Anyway, I've only got a night to do this, so I gotta run. But I love you."

"I love you too, Camilo."
And with a blink of his eye, and a twist of his head, Camilo was gone.
