There was a knock on the door, and you had to get up and open it since Gojo was taking a shower. You only hoped that it wasn't one of his old flings since you knew that Gojo used to get around. He's handsome and charming which makes it hard to get over him.

You opened the door, and the person standing in front of you didn't look like an old fling. You had seen him before, but where?

"Hi." He smiled. You waved at him and smiled back. Then it hit. You had seen him at the bar with Gojo and Shoko. "I'm Suguru Geto."

"Satoru is taking a shower." You were quick to inform him and he nodded. He walked into the apartment and you weren't going to kick him out. You didn't know what to do, but you would leave it to Gojo to deal with everything. You closed the door as he sat down on the couch. You didn't know what to do so you sat down on the same couch as the man, putting distance between the two of you.

"So are you and Satoru dating?" He asked. He remembered you from the bar. He was also hearing all kinds of praises from Gojo. It'd be weird if you weren't dating.

"No..." You responded awkwardly. Gojo wouldn't bring up the topic. Geto thought of changing the topic quickly. He cleared his throat before speaking again.

"So you're staying with him, right? Is he a good roommate?" He was quick to question and you nodded in response.

"The best." You answered. Geto knew that Gojo was great. He wasn't loud, and he was clean, the only thing that was worrying was him bringing girls over but Geto doubted that it was going to be a problem.

You heard your name being called by Gojo and Geto answered for you. "She's with me!"

Gojo came out of his room wearing only boxers. He sat in between you and Geto, sitting closer to you. Gojo wrapped his arm around you, and Geto just raised his eyebrow. "Didn't know you were coming by today."

"Wanted to surprise you." Geto responded. "I don't think I interrupted anything."

"Not at the moment but I had a couple of plans for later in the night." Gojo shared, and your face got warm. You couldn't look at Geto.

"Well you don't have to cancel them. I can leave early or just help out." Geto replied which mortified you even more. Gojo wanted to laugh but he looked at your reaction so he knew it wouldn't be appropriate on his part.

"Why are you here anyways?" Gojo asked and Geto shrugged in response.

"Haven't seen you in a while so I wanted to visit. Sorry for coming by unannounced." Geto answered. "Didn't mean to interrupt you two, I'll get going now."

"It's fine, I don't mind having you here." You were quick to speak up. You didn't want to come in between their friendship. The only reason Geto and Gojo weren't seeing each other as often was because you were living with Gojo.

"Are you sure? Suguru is pretty annoying." Gojo looked at you and tilted his head. You hummed in response. Geto continued sitting on the couch.

"Your girlfriend is pretty cute, Satoru." Geto said.

"She's not-" Gojo was about to respond but didn't finish the sentence. You knew what he wanted to say which left you a bit sad.

"I'll go get started on dinner." You stood up from the couch and walked over to the kitchen. "Please put on some proper clothes, Satoru."

Geto left a bit early, and Gojo hoped you'd get to do something afterward. Maybe watch a movie or something along those lines but you weren't in the mood. And maybe you should've communicated with him why you were feeling the way you were.

But you were scared he'd laugh at you because you clearly wanted to be more than just friends with him. But the way he was about to correct Geto just told you that maybe he didn't like you the way you wanted him to.

It was dumb considering he let you stay with him, in fact he was the one who offered you'd stay with him. He treated you wonderfully and didn't expect you to pay, so why did he not want a relationship with you?

"Hey you want to... maybe watch a movie or something?" He asked, standing in the doorway of your room. You smiled at him, trying to put up a front because you didn't want him to ask about why you were upset. You shook your head and fake yawned.

"I'm a bit tired, sorry. Maybe tomorrow." You told him and he nodded. He walked over to you and kissed your cheek. He was so adoring with you yet it never went past that. Why were you two just friends?

"Alright then, good night." He said as he began to walk out of the room. He gently closed the door behind him. It was easy to tell that you were upset.

He began to think it over. What could possibly upset you? Gojo had been treating you so well, and he made sure to go out of his way to make you feel comfortable. Or maybe he wasn't doing enough. He was confused. But he didn't know how else to fix it.

He walked to his room and laid down on the bed. He wasn't tired but he had nothing else to do. He had a long day the next day so he might as well get some rest. Lately he had been sleeping in your room but he knew better today. You needed some time to yourself.

Communication is key, but he wouldn't force an answer out of you. He didn't want to ask anything and make you feel uncomfortable. You were a guest at his house and the last thing he wanted was to make a guest uncomfortable.

He tossed back and forth on his bed, wondering what could possibly be wrong. And then he came up with an answer.

Hikari.
