Now you found yourself walking aimlessly. You didn't know where to go or what to do. He didn't even bother going after you, so now you walked trying to clear your head as tears streamed down your cheeks. Your makeup was completely ruined, the mascara was now a mess under your eyes.

You needed a drink but you knew better than to. You were vulnerable and didn't want the risk of ending up in some stranger's bed. You knew better than to do petty things for revenge because in the long run you'd be the one affected. It's not like he cared.

You had to go back since you had no personal items with you. All your clothes, your shoes, charger, makeup, everything. You'd be staying in a hotel but you weren't going there without anything.

But you would give it an hour or so before coming back. So what would you do in the meantime? You heard your stomach growl and decided to go eat something. You weren't sure where you stood but you saw some street food truck and walked over to it.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" Utahime smiled, it had been a while since the last time she saw you. She wore jeans, and a black v cut t-shirt with a jacket on top.

"I was just-" You began but she was quick to notice the mascara under your eyes. She interrupted you before you got to give her a response.

"Did that Gojo asshole do something?" She asked, and you tried not to begin sobbing in front of her, and in front of the people that were in line. You shook your head as you avoided looking at her face. The very last thing you needed was to spend time talking about Gojo. "Did Hikari do something?"

"Can we not talk about what's wrong right now, I'm not feeling good." You told her with just a hint of attitude that you didn't mean to give to her. She nodded before trying to change the subject. It was weird since you were the one who would usually talk while she listened, but today it was backwards. She babbled while you pretended to listen. But then it was your turn in line to order something.

Once you had your food, you both sat down. She continued speaking while you just ate. When there was finally a minute of silence, you swallowed your food before asking, "Can I stay at your place tonight?"

"Yeah, why?" She was quick to question with no hesitation. This was further proof that Gojo had done something to upset you.

"I've just annoyed Gojo and it's time for me to go. I'll be staying in a hotel for a couple days while I find an apartment." You informed her.

"You can stay with me for a while and save that hotel money. You're not noisy or unorganized so I don't mind." She told you. She was planning on insisting, asking if Gojo had done something but she bit her tongue.

"Thank you."

"Hey..." He said as you walked through the door. He was wearing his pajamas and patiently waiting for you on the couch. You rolled your eyes as you walked to the room you were staying at. He watched and he could feel your anger radiating. "I know you're mad but you could've at least answered your phone and let me know that you were okay, I was worried sick."

You came to a stop and looked back at him. Your messed up makeup being a clear sign that you were crying. But now that sadness was replaced with anger. "You didn't text or call."

"But I did. Over a hundred text messages, maybe thirty calls. I sent you direct messages through your social media, hell I thought about emailing you." He listed. "I tried to contact you in so many ways so don't fucking say I didn't try."

"You're such a liar." You accused him and he stood up, slowly walking over towards you with his phone in his hand. "You don't care."

"What do you mean I don't care? You want to see the messages?" He began to raise his voice in irritation. "Do you want to see-"

"I don't need to see it. I don't care to see it." You responded in the same tone of voice. You turned to go back to the bedroom.

"You're in a bad mood, we'll talk about this in the morning." He told you, which made you look back at him.

"We're not going to talk about this in the morning because I won't be here." You informed him which made him raise his eyebrows.

"What do you mean you won't be here?" He asked.

"That I'm leaving right now. I'm staying with my friend for the time being as I find an apartment." You said.

"Oh? So you're just leaving me like that?" He replied, clear offense in his tone.

"What do you want me to do after finding you shoving your tongue down another woman's throat?!" You yelled.

"What do you want me to do?! Wait around for you while you're happy with your husband?!" He yelled back.

"When did I ever tell you that I wanted to be with Hikari?! When?! I have made it clear that I wanted to be with you over and over again and you do this to me?! I have always made it crystal clear that I don't want to be with him, that I wasn't happy with him! Just say you want to get rid of me, it's better than setting me up on a date with him!" You didn't hold back, unleashing the pent up frustration from the night.

"It was just so clear that you wanted to be with him!" He argued, making you roll your eyes. "But I don't want you to go! I care about you."

"Right." You sighed, barely having any energy left to argue. "You care about me so much."

"Don't respond like that, it's true." He said. "I- I have feelings for you."

"Yeah you have so strong feelings for me that you send me off on a date with my ex-husband and then go hook up with some girl, not even an hour later. Such strong feelings Satoru." A clear tone of sarcasm in your tone. "Go fuck yourself. I'll pay back the rent of two months but that's the last time you'll be hearing from me."

"Please, let's talk this out." He began but you tuned him out as you walked to the room. He tried to follow but you shut the door in his face. He knocked. "Please. I didn't mean-"

There was no response from your side. He pressed his ear against the door, trying to listen to what you were doing. He heard the zipper of the suitcase which made his eyes water. He knew he would lose you the moment you walked out of the door. Or he had already lost you but you leaving would make it more real.

He knocked on the door again, this time much harsher. His voice broke as he spoke. "Please let's just talk."

But there was no response again. He pressed his back against your door and slowly slid down to sit. He couldn't believe how tears just managed to fall from his eyes. But you'd come to your senses the next day, he thought. He'd just go back to his room and sleep.

He had a bit of hope but it was all lost the next day when he found all your clothes gone and you weren't there. He didn't know what to do, so he cried.
