It's been just over a year since Gwen Stacy aka spider Gwen was sent back to her dimension after helping Miles and the rest of the spider family defeat kingpin and destroy the colider. Really she had a lot to thank Miles for he helped her open up a friend shaped slot she had closed for so long after the death of her Peter Parker she was now opening up more to her band mates who happened to love the one side of head being shaved off thanks to Miles they belived she pulled it off and even suggested on the full side getting little tips of pink which she did and would even if she saw Miles again he would be allowed to like it if he thought it was good. Plus she owed him for actually saving her life during the final battle at the colider. However when not with her band or swinging the streets she still found it hard to open up to people. Almost everyday she would swing up to the top of on of the many skyscrapers in her New York take out her phone and look at one picture, the selfie of her and Miles on the bus on the way to see Aunt May. Whenever she looked at the photo she couldn't help but smile as she knew she had a friend for life in Miles. She spoke to herself out loud I wish I could see him again to thank him.

Suddenly a voice spoke up behind her saying I could make that happen. Gwen instantly pulled her mask down and turned to face this mysterious figure who was wearing a futuristic spider suit. Who are you Gwen asked with a angry tone and was stood ready to attack. The futuristic spider looked at her and said relax Gwen or do u prefer spider women. I am miguel O'hara or as I'm know spiderman 2099. Gwen took of her mask to reveal a shocked expression and said how do you know who I am and how did you get here. Miguel laughed and said oh the amount of times I've herd that today. Well to answer your question I was actually told by my assistant Lyla who told and showed me the coliider fight and the events before that even the hair incident with Miles at Visons Academy miguel smirked at but also complmented her on fighting skills. Also to answer your second question I have been working on a gizmo/ goober whatever you want to call it that lets whoever wears it travel to different dimensions to get help if ever needed plus it also stabilises your atoms so you won't glitch whilst out of your dimension also I made one each for all of your spider family as you like to call each other. Miguel then reached into a compartment in his futuristic suit and handed her the gizmo which looked almost like a watch and was coordinated with her suit. Miguel showed her how to use it then was just about to leave when Gwen asked if he had been to see Miles praying he hadn't and to her luck he hadn't, she then asked if she could personally take Miles gizmo to him Miguel was sceptical at first but then remembered the look she gave Miles just before heading home and said of course will be a nice surprise for your "friend" with a raised eyebrow Gwen looked at him with a very confused look before miguel handed her a red and black gizmo before setting up a portal and leaving. Gwen couldn't believe it after almost a year she was about to finally see Miles again she just hoped Miles hadn't forgotten about her after so long.
