Faylinn woke up in the middle of the night to soft whispers. She glanced at Eldrin who slept peacefully beside her and looked around. Everyone, even her brother was fast asleep. 'Aurora,' a voice whispered softly. Faylinn stood up and grabbed her god sword and began walking away from the camp, fallowing the whispers that was calling her name.
'Aurora,' the voice said. Faylinn looked around. "Hello? Who are you? Show yourself!," "Do not feel frightened, my child," A voice interrupted, causing Faylinn to turn around to see an angel standing a bit from her.
"Maion," Faylinn said. The angel smiled, "You know who I am," And Faylinn nodded. Maion smiled, "Uversio sent me to tell you that the Gods and angels are coming to help you to defeat Amara," Faylinn smiled in relief. Maion looked at her, "Aurora, there's something you need to know. The reason you're feeling like a part of you is missing is because there is. Your Elmia will come to find out the truth very soon," And Faylinn looked at him confused, "What do you mean?," And Maion sighed and disappeared into the sky. "Maion!," Faylinn exclaimed. She turned and looked around before letting out a deep sigh. Why did the Gods have to keep so many secrets from her?

She walked back to the camp to see Emersion fast awake. The wizard smiled at her gently. "Can't sleep?," he asked in concern. Faylinn sighed and sat down beside him. "Something like that," And Emersion put a gentle hand on her shoulder. "Faylinn, I may be the most powerful wizard in Shivanna but I'm not invisible even though I wish sometimes," he began, "That's why I ask that you do not keep holding yourself unbreakable," And Faylinn smiled at him gently, "Thank you, Emersion. You're a good friend to me," Emersion smiled softly at her, "Not only because I look like your age, though I'm actually over 5000 years old, I hope," Faylinn laughed a little quietly. "No, not only because of that," And Emersion handed her a water skin and Faylinn drank a little water. "Go back to sleep," Emersion told her, "I'll keep watch," And Faylinn smiled and stood up before walking over to Eldrin and laid down beside him to sleep.
