Faylinn watched the angels tending to her unconscious brother and Erline went over to her daughter. "Aurora, I want you to leave now. The Gods will take care of this," she declared. Faylinn looked at her mother confused, "But I'm a god. I wanna help!," And Erline sighed deeply, "I know you think you understand our world, but you don't!," Faylinn looked at her mother, clearly hurt by her words. "I understand," Faylinn began, "I clearly do not understand your world and you clearly don't see me as one of you either! But it's fine if you don't want me here!," And Erline sighed, "Aurora," But Faylinn turned around and left.

Faylinn sat together with the others in the great hall. Eldrin at her side. They were waiting for word about Aidan's condition. Soon, the angel Maion entered the hall with a sign of sadness and worry but also relief. Faylinn immediately stood up and went over to the angel. "How is he? How is Aidan?," she asked worriedly. Maion sighed, "He has lost a lot of blood but his wounds will heal and he will recover. But I fear it may take long before he will wake up. He has not yet to regain consciousness," And Faylinn sighed and looked down. "This is all my fault. If I had just stayed by his side no of this would have ever happened," Maion shook his head, "You could not have foreseen that this would happen, Aurora," And Faylinn sighed, "But my mother truly thinks I'm not capable of being a part of your world," And Maion shook his head, "Aurora, you have no idea of how much you meant for your parents. Your mother would cry over you every night before she went to bed and your father would go to the plain fields just to get his anger and grief over you out by using his fire magic until he had no strength left," Faylinn swallowed and looked down. "And I snapped at her cruelly because I couldn't handle her words that was in a way right," Maion sighed and gently stroked her hair. "Your parents are in very much pain right now. They need you. Do not turn your back on them," And he left the hall.
Faylinn went over to Eldrin who held their daughter in his arms. She gently took Elvia into her arms and kissed her daughter's forehead softly. "Take her to bed," she declared to Eldrin. Eldrin looked up at her in concern. "And where are you going?," And Faylinn sighed, "It's time I'll talk to my parents," And Eldrin nodded.

Faylinn slowly made her way to her brother's chambers and she noticed that the doors were a little opened. She swallowed when she saw her parents sitting at Aidan's bedside, her mother holding Aidan's hand and her father gently stroking her brother's dark brown hair.
She took a deep breath before gently knocking on the doors. Alaric looked up and saw his daughter and stood up and made his way over to the doors and opened them gently. "Aurora, now is not really a good time," he began. Faylinn nodded and sighed, "I understand. But he's my brother. And I wanna be there for him," Alaric sighed and let her in. Erline looked up at her daughter and stood up. "Didn't I tell you to stay out of this!," she began. "Erline," Alaric sighed. Faylinn shook her head, "No father, it's alright," she began. Faylinn turned to face her mother. "You were right," she began, "I do not understand your world. But I've lived thinking I was a human girl my entire life. Thinking that her parents abandoned her," And she almost started crying. Erline swallowed and put a gentle hand on her daughter's shoulder. Faylinn shook her head and sat down on the couch in the chambers. "A little normal human girl who cried herself to sleep at night 'cause... She wanted her parents so bad. And could never understand... Why they gave her up," And Erline sat down beside her daughter and took her into her arms. "Oh, my little angel. I'm so sorry. I didn't realised how hard this really is for you," And Alaric sighed deeply. "We love you, Aurora, more than anything," And Faylinn swallowed but nodded and Erline gave her a gentle kiss on the forehead.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the doors. "Enter," Alaric said softly and Lorielle entered the chambers with a tray. "Lord Thelmar asked me to give this to you," And she handed Alaric a potion. "He said it would help Aidan recover," Alaric smiled softly, "Thank you," And Lorielle turned to Faylinn. "Eldrin is asking for you," And Faylinn nodded and stood up, "I should go to him," And she left the chambers. Lorielle tended to Aidan's fever for a moment and smiled weakly, "I'll hope you'll wake up soon," she whispered softly, "So I can tell you how I really feel," And she leaned forward and gave Aidan a kiss on the forehead. Alaric smiled weakly at the elf Princess and Lorielle left the chambers, glancing a last time at Aidan before closing the doors to the chambers completely.
