Lorielle entered Aidan's chambers early next morning and went over to Alaric and Erline. "Eschallus advices you to get some rest," Alaric shook his head, "We can't leave him," And he glanced at his son. Lorielle smiled weakly, "It's alright. I'll watch over him," Erline nodded and she and Alaric left the chambers.
Lorielle slowly walked over to Aidan who's condition had not change except that his hands were moving slightly and Lorielle understood that it was his consciousness that were very slowly returning. She sat down and grabbed a wet cold cloth that she gently moved over his forehead. "I hope you return soon, Aidan," she spoke gently, "Your parents are worried. They need you. We need you," Aidan mumbled softly in his deep sleep as in response to her words. Lorielle smiled weakly and gently looked at his bandages to see if anything needed changing or if any of his wounds were inflected before left the chambers. It was later that night when Erline and Alaric went to check on their son, it finally happened. Erline stroked her son's hair when Aidan started mumbling in his sleep. "Aidan?," Alaric asked gently. "Father," Aidan whispered weakly. "Aidan, open your eyes for us," Erline spoke softly. Aidan slowly opened his eyes and turned his head and looked at his parents. "Mother," he whispered before he suddenly was overtaken by a terrible pain in his body. "Aidan?," Alaric asked worriedly. "Father! Ahh!," Aidan screamed out in pain. The angels stormed into the chambers and Maion went over to Aidan. "Breathe, my child," he said soothingly to Aidan but Aidan only continued to scream. "What's wrong with him?," Alaric asked worriedly. Maion swallowed, "I don't know. This is something that's not supposed to happen," "Ahh, father it hurts," Aidan cried. "Shh, try to keep yourself calm, my son," Alaric said. "His breathing is getting worse," Erline said in panic. "Mother...," Aidan said weakly, "I'm sorry... I failed you," "No, Aidan, stay with us," Alaric began. Aidan cried out once again in pain. "Mother... Father, forgive me," "Aidan, stay with us, my child," Maion began but Aidan's eyes soon closed and his breathing stopped. Erline put her hand before her mouth as tears started streaming down her cheeks. Alaric soon let his tears also fall and kissed his son's forehead. Their son was dead.
Faylinn woke up to her mother's cries in her head and she sat up. "Faylinn?," Eldrin asked tiredly, "It's the middle of the night," And Faylinn turned to him. "Something is wrong," And they stormed out of bed.
They entered the great hall where everyone stood with sad looks in their faces and Maion went over to Faylinn. "Aurora," he spokes softly. Faylinn swallowed, "Maion, what's going on? How's Aidan?," And Maion swallowed hard, "My child. Aurora, your brother... Aidan is dead," Faylinn gasped, tears starting streaming down her cheeks and she stormed towards her brother's chambers.
She entered the chambers to see her mother and father crying over her lifeless brother in the bed. Strangely she found Lorielle sitting at her brother's bedside side but she quickly stood up and left the room. Erline looked up at her daughter and walked over to her and hugged her tightly. Faylinn hugged her crying mother back before walking over to her brother. "Aidan," she began softly as tears streamed down her cheeks, "I'm sorry I couldn't save you as you saved me. I'll hope the moon gives you a worthy place as a star in the sky," And Erline swallowed her tears. Faylinn gently stroked her brother's hair away from his forehead. "I'm sorry, brother. I'm sorry we couldn't save you," And she leaned forward. "I love you, brother," And she softly kissed Aidan's forehead and a bright light broke out into the chambers. Erline gasped in shock. Her daughter was born as The Saviour but never did she imagine she could save people from death like this. Aidan slowly opened his eyes and smiled at his sister. "The Saviour," he whispered softly with a smile at her.Everyone stood in the great hall, waiting. Lorielle sat alone and Elanor had tried but failed to talk to her daughter. Suddenly, Faylinn entered the hall with a smile on her face. "Faylinn, what's happened?," Eldrin asked confused. Behind her, Aidan entered the hall with his and Faylinn's parents. Gideon smiled. "Aidan!," Lorielle exclaimed and hurried over to the god and to everyone's surprise, she hugged him. Aidan broke the hug and looked at the elf Princess confused, "Hey? I remember you talking to me. Do you remember what you said?," And Lorielle smiled and to his surprise, she leaned forward and kissed him deeply. Aidan was surprised at first but kissed her deeply back. Eldrin and Faylinn smiled at each other. Erline and Alaric looked at each other surprised but soon smiled at their son and the elf Princess.
Aidan broke the kiss to look at Lorielle. "You Elleth's surprised me," And Lorielle smiled softly and kissed his cheek.
Emersion turned to Charline and smiled. When everyone sat down for dinner later that night, everyone was happy and Shivanna was finally at peace and the Gods would leave for Solania in the morning. Suddenly, The Hawk Clave stormed into the hall. "Emersion Darkeast!," Davina's mother Samira interrupted. "Counsel Samira," Emersion greeted, "To what do I owe this pleasure," And Samira looked at him and glanced at Charline who was holding their son in her arms. "Emersion Darkeast, you're under arrest by the orders of The Hawk Clave," And the Demon Hunter guards grabbed the wizard. "For what!?," Emersion demanded. Samira took out a necklace. "Do you recognise this?," And Emersion swallowed, "Where did you get that?," And Samira smiled, "That doesn't matter. What matters is the crimes you've committed against your own. What exactly did your father do during the uprising?," And Emersion felt his anger rise, "I told The Hawk Clave I didn't know anything all those years ago!," And Samira smiled, "Really? How do you explain that your father's amulet was found in you and your wife's chambers?," "WHAT!?," Charline exclaimed, "Have you been spaying on us?," "The Demon Hunters has eyes everywhere. Our duty is to keep Shivanna safe from The Demon Kingdom," Samira explained, "Maybe I should tell your parents about this, Emersion. Celine and Eiran who gave you everything when your father sent his nine year old son who had witnessed his father murdering his mother in front of him! What would they say if they could see what you've become!," And Emersion looked at her angrily, "I haven't done anything!," And Samira smiled, "But the proof says otherwise. You have walked a dangerous path, Emersion. Killing our mother Adrienne. And you will pay dearly for your crimes," And Emersion swallowed. "Emersion Darkeast, by order of The Hawk Clave, you're here by sentenced to be strip of your powers and Demon runes and sentenced to death!," "NO!," Charline exclaimed. "And your son is to be taken in by a Demon Hunter family," "You cannot do this!," Charline exclaimed. "Charline!," Emersion interrupted and turned to Samira, "You'll have me. But you leave my wife and my infant son out of this! They have nothing to do with it!," And Samira looked at him, "As you wish. Give me your Eldstar. Now!," Emersion sighed and handed her the Eldstar. "I warn you, stay away from my family!," he declared warningly. And Samira looked up at him, "See what you've become," Emersion swallowed and went over to Charline and softly kissed her forehead. "Take care of him and tell him every day how much his father loved him," And Charline shook her head, "I will get you out of this. I promise. You're not going to die," And Emersion sighed and hugged her before The Hawk Clave took him away.
Charline looked into her hand and saw a necklace and a note. The same necklace Samira had shown Emersion. She unfolded the note. 'Contact Celine and Eiran Damek,' the note said, 'They will help us out of this,' And Charline looked up confused.
