It was a sunny day at a daycare center. The kids were having some fun while playing their favorite toys when suddenly a little girl spoke catching her teacher's attention.

"Teacher, may tanong po ako."

The little girl raised her hand to ask a question to her teacher. The teacher smiled then face the girl.

"Yes, ano 'yun?" tanong nito sa batang babae.

"What is love po ba? I heared my ate talking about it with her friend." sagot ng batang babae.

He wasn't expecting a little girl would ask her that. He enhailed before answering her.

"Love is..."

The teacher scratched his head nang wala itong maisip na isagot sa bata. Napakamot siya sa ulo but then reached for his phone to search the meaning of love in google. He wanted to give some good and flawless answer in english.

"Loving someone is accepting them for who they were, who they are and who they will be." basa niya mula sa screen ng cellphone niya sabay tingin sa batang babae na nasa harapan niya.

"Do they have happy endings like in fairytales?" tanong muli ng bata.

Umiling ang guro at ngumiti, showing his fresh set of white teeth.

"No, they don't have happy ending because love has no ending." ngiting sagot ng guro.

"Ah! So, happy lang walang ending?"

"But not all are happy..." mahinang sabi ng guro at pinakatitigan ang batang babae.

"Want hear a story?" dagdag ng guro na agad namang ikina-tango ng batang babae.

"Alright, it's gonna be long. So, here goes nothing..."

Then he started to tell the story.
