Tea for the win!

It was a Friday, you know, that one day before the ever so satisfying Saturday, well not for this class. They had a test in mathematics and even the smart kids were stumped on the lesson! It was tragic! Of course they were warned a week ahead of time but no one ever got the chance to study due to the lack of time they had on their hands. 

It was 11:30 at night and only the nocturnal creatures were awake like Denki, Shinsou, Tokoyami, and an exception of Tsu, the poor thing was forcing her eyes open to study for the test! The test was tomorrow and no one was prepared, normally there would be at least one or two people to save their butts but this time there were zero. They couldn’t peer at others' work this time which was upsetting seeing as Tsu looked at others to check her work after she had done it. She was on the verge of slipping but decided against it thinking this was more important.

-Time skip to the morning-

Beep, beep, beep, the alarm went, that dreadful alarm! Tsu woke up with a groan, slamming a hand over top of the noise maker. ‘This was the day’ she thought, ‘The day of the test..’. Tsu wasn’t very confident with herself this time, she was at least hoping to score a 60% on the test. Better C than an F/D.

Even though she dreaded the time the test came she still got out of the bed. She got dressed, went downstairs to the common room and had some of Sato’s ‘Good Luck Cake’. Most of the class was there but Mina wasn’t. Tsu decided to text her to make sure she was getting ready. She didn’t want her best friend/caregiver to be late to class! Mina responds not a second later saying that she was coming down to the room. It was already 8:30 and most of the class had already gone to class but not this duo. Tsu was waiting for Mina, rushing her to eat faster.

“Come on Mina! We don’t wanna be late!” Tsu said in a hurry, trying to get Mina’s things into her bag.

“Aha, that’s the thing, you don’t wanna be late but I do. You wanna do the test but I don’t!” Mina responds in a sarcastic but serious voice. 

“You will still have to do the test, kero, just on a different day.”

“Ughhh, you’re right…” Mina complained.

Eventually Mina finished her milk and cake, then headed to class rushing. They were five minutes late, and really didn’t need a scolding too harsh first thing in the morning. They got there not too long after their food. Luckily Aizawa-sensei was asleep and they only got a few words from Iida!

-Another time slip! They’re about to go into math!-

It was horrendous! The class was dreading this very moment since last week! Nobody liked Ectoplasms class. They would very much rather listen to Aizawa ramble on about their mistakes. But there they were, sitting in the chairs waiting for the test. Honestly, they just wanted to get this over with, some even planned to write down random numbers deciding it wasn't worth the concentration or energy. 

They were only about three minutes in and Denki had already short-circuited, Iida was intensely glaring at the paper, Momo had her head on the desk re-questioning life, and Bakugou was biting his finger. Tsu was already stressed to the point where she knew she would absolutely slip the second they get to the dorms. Mina wasn’t even trying, she gave up six seconds into the test, just trying to look at anyone near her for the answers. They only had forty minutes to finish and so far the only person who had a good enough answer was..well…M*neta..yea, I even had to censor it. It didn’t matter though as the children were spreading answers one after another. It wasn’t enough. The test was 2 page’s long with trick questions.

One after another weeped into their arms out of frustration, not Tsu though. She was working hard with one page finished. She couldn’t say they were correct but it was better than nothing, an F- is better than a zero. Always. Tsu was sweating, complaining, and was even about to slip into her headspace! She decided against it though as she was not out to the class nor did she want the child to suffer in these problems.
