3rd POV
...Must you always be so stubborn?
Noire sighed. She was in her room, already all prepared for the day. It was time for her to make breakfast, yet... she stood there; beside her bed, in front of the very nightstand where atop of it was the very Azure Gemstone she treasured most.
She reached out to graze it softly before picking it up, onto her hands. The Gem let out flickers of blue flame. The young maiden sat down on her bed.
I suppose... a promise is a promise.
Noire thought with a sigh as the Gem flickered once more; seemingly conversing with her. The girl huffed at the Stone in her hands.
Such a childish man...
She smiled as a soft chuckle escaped her lips. Caressing the Stone for the last time, she got up from her position as she gently put the Gem atop its earlier place.
Noire stared at it for a while before she turned around, walking out of her bedroom. However, she stopped as she reached the door; turning around to the Gemstone.
...I ask you to await my return.
With that, she left to face the new challenge that awaited. ...oh, how very thrilled she was. It was going to be yet another fun game. Or perhaps... even more.
A new tale has begun once more...

Yuu's POV
Half of the day zoomed by fast as lunch welcomed us. And good thing too because I was hungry after Trein's class.
"Ugh~ Mr. Trein has to be using some sort of spell to put me to sleep." Grim groaned as we walked inside the cafeteria. "No matter how hard I resist, I lose to drowsiness!"
"You fell asleep five minutes in. That's not resisting at all." Deuce deadpanned as Ace and I only sighed. "By the way, Yuu. Where's Noire-senpai?" He asked as he turned to me.
"Crowley wanted to talk to her about something important." I answered. "She said to just go ahead and that she'll meet us for lunch in a second." Deuce nodded.
"...Hmmm? The cafeteria is extra crowded today." Ace said as he looked around the place. Soon, the cafeteria ghost came out.
"Today is a special day that happens once a month! A super popular bakery in town is here to promote at school!" The ghost said as we all listened. "It sells out fast so early bird gets the worm!"
